The purpose of this research was to investigate the concept of media power and to obtain operational strategies to adopt new ways of using media in sports development. This is a qualitative research that was conducted using Grounded Theory and Strauss and Corbin's approach. The statistical population of the research included 14 experts in the field of sports and media management and experienced specialists in the field of sports media, and to collect data, targeted sampling was used with semi-structured interview method and reaching theoretical saturation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages of open coding, central coding, and selective coding, with an emphasis on media power sources as the central phenomenon and subcategories, causal, contextual, intervening conditions, consequences, and strategies. In order to ensure the validity and reliability of the research, the interviews with some people were repeated several times and the results in several stages were seen by several experienced professors and interviewees, and in the meantime, the focus groups of the participants in the research were also used. Based on the results obtained from the research, media acquisition, audience persuasion,, media specialization and legal support were identified as causal conditions and the ability to flow, demand, generate income, build trust, authority, legitimacy, transparency and the type of media ownership as underlying factors and the intervening factors to Two categories of facilitators and obstacles of media power in sports development were identified.

The purpose of this study was to develop an interpretive structural model for the development of student sports through the media. The method of the present study was grounded theory with Charms approach or structural-interpretive approach. Indicators of student sports development were identified through the media and a model was designed with an interpretive structural model. The statistical population of this study included all university sports experts, sports management professors and sports media specialists. Sampling was done by relative random method and the sample size was 398 according to Morgan table. The Mick Mac matrix was used to collect data. Data were analyzed by MicMac software. The results showed that the development of financial resources for student sports, the development of human resources for student sports and the development of scientific resources for student sports are most affected by sports media. Also, the results of Mick Mac matrix showed that the indicators of legal environment development, cultural environment development and scientific environment development in the area of influence, human resources development and financial resources development in the transplant area and development of sports facilities and infrastructure in the region are dependent. Sustainable development of student sports will not be possible without considering the media and its related potentials, and university sports managers should pay more attention to this.

Having an integrated communication marketing model prevents the creation of additional costs, wrong attitudes, and aimless investments in areas that have no meaningful effect on their performance and beneficiaries. The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and validating effective strategies on integrated marketing communications in physical education and sports in the Ministry of Education. The statistical population in the qualitative part included 16 experts of physical education and sports in the Ministry of Education in various departments of the deputy of physical education and health, public relations and experts of physical education of the ministry and professors of physical education faculties who have experience in teaching sports marketing in the field of physical education. Also, in the quantitative part of the statistical population, which consisted of 360 people, there are physical education teachers (whose education level was master's degree and above), sports management students in doctoral and master's degree and education experts. Qualitative part analysis was performed with Maxqda software version 2020, also quantitative part analysis (exploratory factor analysis and validation) was performed with SPSS software version 26 and AMOS structural equation model. The results showed that the strategies consist of 32 factors and four components of financing, promotion, training structure and identification of marketing methods. Also in the quantitative part the result of the exploratory factor analysis were confirmed and finally factor loads were higher than 0.4 which means that the quantitative model of the strategies had a good fit.

The statistical population in the qualitative part of this research includes experts and experts in the field of sports and are measured by expertise indicators. Based on this, the views of 15 qualified experts have been used in this study and analyzed using Maxqda software. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the correlation relationships simultaneously. The results of estimating structural equations showed that causal conditions have a positive and significant effect on the main category. The main category has a positive and significant effect on strategies. Strategies have a positive and significant effect on outcomes. The intervening condition has a positive and significant effect on the consequences and finally the bed conditions have a positive and significant effect on the outcome.

Random sampling method was available and to the sample Proportionate to the size of the community which was unlimited and based on Krejcie and Morgan table, 384 people were selected as the sample and the same number of questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection, which was designed based on Lee and Park (2007) "Integrated Marketing Communication" questionnaire, "Integrated Marketing Communication Causal Model Test" (IMC) questionnaire, and Questionnaire "Consumer purchase Behavior" Izadparast (2019). The factual and content validity of the research tools was confirmed by a group of professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. According to the results of one-sample t-test, all variables of integrated marketing communication including advertising (t = 5.70), promotion (t = 4.309), personal selling (t = 13.40), direct marketing (t = 10.03) had a positive and significant role in the development of public sports, but the variable of public relations (t = 0.829) had no significant relationship.

The aim of the psychometric research was to assess the communication literacy questionnaire among physical education students at Payame Noor University. The research was conducted using a descriptive-survey method, with a developmental objective, and in a field setting. The statistical population consisted of undergraduate physical education students at Payame Noor University (99-98), and a sample of 250 individuals completed the research tool in a non-random accessible manner. A researcher-made questionnaire about the components and indicators of communication literacy was used to collect the data. The validity of the questionnaire structure was confirmed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and its convergent and discriminant validity, as well as reliability, were assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and various fit indices (absolute, relative, and parsimonious). The findings indicated that communication literacy is measurable through three constructs: "sensory, specialized, and relational levels." The sensory construct is measurable with five skill indicators: "observation, listening, smelling, tasting, and touching." The specialized construct is assessable with fifteen skills: "speaking, writing, body language, reading, working with communication technologies, intercultural literacy, advertising literacy, civic literacy, organizational communication, public relations, international relations, emotional intelligence, financial, commercial, and communication research." The relational level construct is also measurable with five communication skill indicators: "intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, public, and transpersonal." Ultimately, it can be concluded that the communication literacy questionnaire is an effective tool for assessing the communication levels of undergraduate physical education students, considering the group nature of the physical education field. With the necessary training, it can lead to improving and developing the understanding and comprehension of various communication methods within the targeted community.

In order to analyze the data, frequency and percentage indicators were used, and in the inferential statistics section, the Kolmorov-Smirnov test and the structural equation modeling test were used by SPSS and PLS statistical software. The results of statistical analysis showed that media consumption has a positive, direct and significant relationship with communication skills of sports students. On the one hand, the development of media infrastructure in universities as much as possible, and on the other hand, teaching how to use all kinds of media as a tool and strengthening the communication skills of people active in the field of sports should be given the attention of officials and practitioners in the field of higher education. The findings of the resulting paradigm model include the sections on causal conditions, strategies, interventional and contextual conditions, and their consequences. Causal conditions fall into two categories: social media potential and customer orientation. Interventional conditions, including internal and external constraints (usage constraints, and application constraints), and contextual constraints, include categories such as performance improvement, and the development of advertising effectiveness (individual and environmental factors). To develop effective advertising through social media, strategies such as branding and accreditation, customer engagement, and capacity building, to attract and retain customers, and to influence the desire of customers for sports products, need to be adopted... They were divided as experimental and the control group. To achieve the supposed study goals of the experimental group were taught the physical education objectives by using booklet, movie and educational CD. On the other hand, participants in the control group were taught the above mentioned item through traditional training method by physical education teacher. At the end of educational semester both of the groups were tested and compared in the same situation. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as t-student were used.
