تاثیر سبک رهبری خدمتگزار بر بهبود عملکردشغلی با تأکید بر نقش میانجی توانمندسازی کارکنان در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط سبک رهبری خدمتگزار بر بهبود عملکرد کارکنان با توجه به نقش میانجی توانمندسازی می باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق تمامی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه (228 نفر) بودند که طبق جدول گرجسی و مورگان 140 نفر به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.ابزار مورد استفاده تحقیق،سه پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبری خدمتگزار پترسون(2003)، توانمندسازی روانشناختی اسپریتزر(1992) و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون(1992)بود. تمامی تحلیل ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای 21‌SPSS و SMART PLS نسخه7. 2. 3 انجام گرفت.نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که رهبری خدمتگزار به طور مستقیم و نیز به صورت غیر مستقیم و به واسطه توانمندسازی بر بهبود عملکردشغلی کارکنان تأثیر معنی داری دارد.لذا به مدیران توصیه می گردد که با بهره گیری از ویژگی های رهبری خدمتگذار هم چون خدمت رسانی، مهرورزی، قابلیت اعتماد و فروتنی، زمینه ساز توانمند شدن کارکنان خود از طریق ایجاد جوی آرام و پیشرو در سازمان شوند و در پرتو توانمندی کارکنان شاهد بهبود عملکرد آنان باشند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between servant leadership style on improving occupational performance with emphasis on the mediating role of staff empowerment among sports and youth departments in Kermanshah province.  The statistical population of the research was all employees of sport and youth departments in Kermanshah province (228 People) that according to Morgan table, 140 people were randomly selected as statistical sample. The instruments were three questionnaires including Peterson servant leadership (2003), spreader empowerment (1992), and Paterson’s Job Performance (1992). To analyze the data, SPSS23 and SMART PLS 3. 2. 7 software were used. The findings showed that the servant leadership has significant effect on improving staff occupational performance directly and indirectly through mediating role of staff empowerment. Therefore, it is recommended to managers to empower their staff using the features of servant leadership such as service, kindness, trust and humility in order to improve their performance.
