The aim of this study was to The Effect of Servant leadership style on Improving Occupational Performance, Emphasizing the Mediating Role of Staff Empowerment in Sports and Youth Departments of Kermanshah Province. The statistical population includes all employees of sport and youth departments of Kermanshah province (228 people The sample size includes 140 people selected by cluster-random sampling method. The measurement tools are three three Peterson Servant Leadership(2003),Spreadser Empowerment (1992),and Paterson's Job Performance (1992). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. All analyzes were performed using the software SPSS 21 and SMART PLS 7. 2. The findings of the research showed that the leadership of the servant has a significant effect, directly and indirectly, through empowerment, on improving the job performance of the staff. Therefore, administrators of sport and youth departments can use the features of a servant leader such as service, kindness, trust and humility, which will enable their employees to empower through the creation of a calm and progressive organization, and in the light of their staff's ability to improve Their performance.
