رابطه ی بکارگیری فن آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با اثربخشی سازمانی در سازمان ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجانغربی

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر، تعیین رابطه‌ی به‌کارگیری فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و اثربخشی سازمانی در سازمان ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان‌غربی است. روش کلی پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است و به شکل میدانی اجرا شده است. برای جمع-آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته‌ی به‌کارگیری فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته‌ی اثربخشی سازمانی حمیدی استفاده شد. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق، کلیه‌ی کارکنان اداره‌ی ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان‌غربی و حجم نمونه‌ی آماری برابر با کل افراد جامعه (46 نفر) برآورد شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به عمل آمد. از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنف جهت مشخص کردن نرمال بودن جامعه‌ی آماری و از آزمون‌های هم‌بستگی و رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافته‌های حاصل نشان داد که، بین به‌کارگیری فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و اثربخشی سازمانی در سازمان ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان‌غربی رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بین میزان به‌کارگیری فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با تعهد سازمانی، مقاومت منفی در برابر تغییرات کارکنان و بهبود در بخش‌های کیفیت سازمان رابطه وجود دارد؛ اما بین میزان به-کارگیری فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با انگیزه‌ی کار کارکنان رابطه وجود ندارد. از این‌رو، مسئولان باید راهبردهای مدیریتی مناسبی را به منظور رسیدن به سطح بهینه‌ی این شاخص، پیش‌بینی کنند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of study is investigate the relationship between application of Information, Communication Technology with organizational effectiveness in Youth and Sport Organization of Azerbaijan Province, Iran. This research is applied and descriptive – survey. Data collection has been done to form fielding and through the questionnaire. The statistical population was all of the Employees at the Youth and Sport Organization of Azerbaijan Province; that was estimated 46 persons. sample was select 46 people. Descriptive statistics was used for the classification the raw score.s‌ Kolmogorov – Smirnov Test was used for study normality of data distribution, and was used Pearson Correlation and Regression Test for testing the hypotheses. Results show that, there are significant relationship between information technology and communications and organizational effectiveness. There are significant relationships between the use of information and communication technologies with organizational commitment, negative resistance, and improve the quality In the organization, but there is no relationship between the use of information and communication technologies with work incentives. Hence, the officials should predict appropriate management strategies to for achieve the optimal level of the Index.
