The purpose of this study was to provide solutions to empower and promote sport diplomacy in foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The whole research process included of two phases: the first phase of the research included qualitative research using grounded theory (Interview, studying articles, books, and documents), the second phase of the research included quantitative research using descriptive-analytic (Delphi and AHP). After the end of the first phase of the study, 12 variables were identified. The results of the research showed that some key strategies in empowering and promoting sport diplomacy in foreign policy of Islamic Republic of Iran from the viewpoints of elites are as follow: to review and revise the executive regulations of sports institutions (Ministry of Sports, National Olympic Committee, etc. ), to organize coordination meetings between the ministry of sports and ministry of foreign affairs as the main owners of sport diplomacy, to train political-sports leaders of the country with the principles of international interactions in international level, to implement a comprehensive program for expanding and promoting sport diplomacy, to define and clarify the concept of sport diplomacy for state organizations active in public diplomacy

The purpose of this study is to analyze the sport corruption in Iran during the period 2007-2017. In this study, documentary method has been used with content-analysis approach. The analysis unit was the official national media reports that were searched for by the key word «sport corruption Based on the TASP model, corrupt activities were investigated in four levels. The first level includes a variety of corruptions, of which 12 were identified, and doping with 34% was the highest among them. The second level, is the activity level, that shows the people involved in corruption. The results at the third or sector level showed that 24 different sports were directly affected by corruption, of which soccer with 933 media reports had the most frequently reported corrupt activities in media. And at the fourth level, the Premier League, the Grassroots, the first league, the youth, and the second and third leagues, had the highest rates of conflict with corruption, respectively. A ten-year review of the country's media has shown that corruption has been rising rapidly in recent years in an unprecedented way. The real battle with this phenomenon is realized through the reflection of news and information in a professional and dispassionately manner. The media, with reporting and disclosure, have such a capacity that they can make the atmosphere insecure for offenders and destroy many of the impure fields in the country's sport.

Information literacy affects on the promotion of information capabilities of the academic community. Therefore the main aim of this study was to develop information literacy model For Sport Management Students of Iran Universities in accordance with their research & work areas. This research is applied in terms of goal and correlational in terms of method. Research tool was a semi reseacher made questionnaire that it’s face and content validity was verified by professors and also it’s composite reliability was confirmed. Research population is all the graduate students of sport management of Iran universities which 112 students were selected randomly as samples. To analyze data SPSS19 and SmartPLS2 software were used . The results showed that the impact of library and technology variables are in high level and at optimum level. Moreover, principlal and library skills were include of understanding the need, effective achievement, and information assessment. Also technology skills were include of information organizing and legal cases. According to the results, the offered model can lead to a purposeful framework to help sport management academic community towards promtion of sustainable information literacy.

This study aims to investigate the mediator role of attachment to place in relation between place satisfaction and behavioral intentions (Case study: sports spectators of volleyball nations league . The sample is 367 sports spectators from the Volleyball League in 1397. The tools are standard questionnaires of attachment to place, place satisfaction and behavorial intentions. The research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS21 and Smart PLS3. 2. 6 software. The results of the research showed that (1) the satisfaction of the place has a direct and positive effect on the behavioral goals of the spectators; (2) the satisfaction of the place has a direct and positive effect on attachment to the place; (3) attachment to the place has a direct and positive impact on spectators and finally (4) the indirect effect of satisfaction of the place on behavioral intentions through attachment to the place is positive and significant. Therefore, it is suggested to officials and sports administrators of holding sport competitions and events to facilitate the attendance of youth in sport venues considering place attachment and revenue making for sport venues by providing suitable conditions and good facilities as well as calm situation.

The aim of this study was investigate the role of quality cross-functional communication and social opportunities as factors affecting the exchange of tacit knowledge and marketing effectiveness. Methods this descriptive correlation studies that were conducted through a survey. The population of this research was sports Sellers. The data collection tool was questionnaire, and the sample of this research was 144 Sellers of Sports products. The collected data is analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. Results shows that two variables of inter functional communication quality, and socialization opportunities has a positive and direct relationship with marketing development and a positive and indirect relationship through the mediating effect of tacit knowledge. The results show mediate role of the exchange of tacit knowledge in relationship between the quality of cross-functional communication and socialization opportunities with marketing effectiveness theoretically, the body of knowledge adds. In general, it is recommended that marketing and sales managers consider strategies to improve marketing effectiveness by increasing investment in inter-functional communication and socializing opportunities.

The study of the relationship between distributed style style strategy, organizational citizenship behavior at group level, self-efficacy and trust in organization in the form of a hypothesized pattern. The research method was descriptive-correlational. For collecting data, a survey method and four valid and reliable questionnaires were used. The total staff of the sports media of Ilam province (N = 136) comprised a population that was selected by using a Morgan table of 103 people by random sampling in a proportional volume. In order to test the hypothesis of the research, the path analysis was performed using PLS VISUAL software. The relationship between distributed style and organizational citizenship behavior at the level of the group is indirect and through the two variables, the sense of self-efficacy and trust in the organization is explained at 45%. The strategy of distributed leadership style as the most innovative and recent style of leadership style is a good predictor of occurrence of citizenship behaviors at group level, which is the primary outcome of distributed leadership style strategy, change in employee trust and self-efficacy. These two variables As mediators, the relationship between distributed leadership strategy and citizenship behaviors affects the level of the group.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of media communication and effective advertising in attracting sponsor for table tennis board in East Azerbaijan province. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive – survey in terms of nature. The statistical population was all sport management specialists, media professionals and also members of table tennis board in East Azerbaijan province; (210 persons). The sample size was estimated 132 people by Morgan table. Random cluster sampling was used. Data collection has been done through library studies and questionnaires. Questionnaires included media communication and advertisement questionnaire of Abdavi et al. (1395),Standard Financial Inventory Questionnaire of Arnold et al. (2002), and a questionnaire on the role of media in attracting financial resources of Fallah and Aga Khani (1395). Validity and reliability of questionnaires used by researchers in various researches have been confirmed and approved. After collecting data, data was analyzed using SPSS21 and Excel 2010 software for descriptive and inferential statistics. In the inferential statistics section, The Wilk's test was used to verify the non-standardity of the data. The linear regression test was used to test the hypotheses and friedman ranking test for component ranking. The significance level for all analyzes was considered as P <0. 05. The results showed that media communications and advertising could positively and significantly predict the attraction of public resources, the attraction of private sector sponsors, advertising revenue during the tournament, the income of the sports competitions, and marketing and the introduction of services and products. According to the results, it can be stated that media and its various roles are essential elements in advertising and sponsorship; Therefore, if investments, sponsors, advertising, media and sports are placed in a positive and principled interaction together, they will grow and expand together and as the result, will engage in different sectors of society, and will cause development of sports in the country.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between servant leadership style on improving occupational performance with emphasis on the mediating role of staff empowerment among sports and youth departments in Kermanshah province. The statistical population of the research was all employees of sport and youth departments in Kermanshah province (228 People) that according to Morgan table, 140 people were randomly selected as statistical sample. The instruments were three questionnaires including Peterson servant leadership (2003), spreader empowerment (1992), and Paterson’s Job Performance (1992). To analyze the data, SPSS23 and SMART PLS 3. 2. 7 software were used. The findings showed that the servant leadership has significant effect on improving staff occupational performance directly and indirectly through mediating role of staff empowerment. Therefore, it is recommended to managers to empower their staff using the features of servant leadership such as service, kindness, trust and humility in order to improve their performance.
