The present study was a descriptive-survey research based on the purpose of the study. The statistical population of this research included all sports media staff in Isfahan province with a population of 346 people. The sample size was 182 according to Morgan's table. A standard and indigenous questionnaire has been used and the reliability and validity of the research questionnaires have been approved. Using SMART PLS 3 software, the analysis has been done with structural equation approach. In line with the research objective, three hypotheses have been developed that examine the relationship between genuine leadership and organizational disclosure and the role of psychological safety and personal recognition as a mediator variable in the relationship between genuine leadership and organizational disclosure. It needs to be explained that all the research hypotheses were approved and reported as 0.28, 0.36 and 0.31, respectively. Findings show that the main leadership is related to organizational disclosure, and two variables of psychological safety and personal cognition play a mediating role in this regard. The noble leadership can play an important role in this area, awakening the conscience and organizational voice, and ultimately an organizational disclosure. Any deviation and mistake in the vision and mission from the formulation and implementation of organizational strategies and programs will ultimately reduce the attention of individuals towards genuine leadership and organizational disclosure, and the attention of individuals will depend on the implementation and proper formulation of the programs of sports media organizations in other sectors, which requires psychological safety and the personal recognition of individuals from the leader.

Purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between service quality and revisit intentions among fans of Sepahan club and also the effect of team identification on this issue. In this line, a total number of 312 fans responded to questionnaires including service quality, revisit (repurchase) intention and team identification. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as multiple regression analyses. Findings showed that team identification moderates the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. Both overall service quality and two specific service-quality dimensions (responsiveness and access) are found to be positively associated with repurchase intentions only among respondents with low and medium team identification. No relationship is found between service quality and repurchase intentions among those with high team identification. Managers of professional sports events who wish to increase attendances by improvements in service quality should first segment their customers according to degree of team identification. They should then design their service offerings specifically to meet the service quality expectations of sports fans with medium or low team identification.
