This research has been conducted to develop a model for the development of start-up sports businesses, emphasizing the role of cyberspace. This research had a qualitative approach & the grounded method of Strauss & Corbin theory was used. The method of data collection was in-depth interviews with 11 professors & owners of sports startups, after reaching the theoretical saturation limit. The validity of the instrument in this study was reviewed & confirmed by interviewees & then expert professors; Also, to calculate the reliability of the interviews, the intra-subject agreement method was used, which was obtained 74%, which shows the high reliability of the coding. To analyze the data, the coding method was used in three stages: open, axial, & selective coding; The number of open codes was 216 & the central codes were 34. The results were categorized into 5 main dimensions: causal conditions, pivotal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies, & consequences. The output of the model for business development through cyberspace can be a good way for sports start-up business owners.

This paper aims to study the motivators & consequences of betting in football by using the structural equations approach. In the first stage, a qualitative method & to test the pattern, a quantitative method based on structural equations pattern were applied. The population in the qualitative part consisted of experts & academics in sports management which was chosen through purposeful sampling method, snowball method, & theoretical saturation factor of the desired sample method. Eleven of these academics & experts were interviewed. In the qualitative part, the data was gathered via a questionnaire designed by the researcher. In the quantitative part, random purposeful sampling was used (385 people). The findings of the present research showed that betting motivators include social incentives, social media/networks, tempting motivators, pleasure, & the outcomes of betting. It is suggested that legal measures such as cyber police surveillance of these websites be taken. Moreover, alternative recreational activities & facilities need to be provided for the young, if their tendency toward these sites is to be reduced.

This research is applied in terms of purpose & data collection was done in the field in a mixed qualitative & quantitative manner. The statistical population in the quantitative section included all managers of large sports stores that using stratified sampling method with proportional volume & the formula of Cochran sample size & the probability of possible fall, 400 people were selected as a sample & in the qualitative section, 18 They were experts. The research tool in the first part was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 12 factors affecting the development of customer relationship management in sports stores & in the second part, the structural self-interaction form. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management at the university & its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha calculation (α=0.87). Interpretive structural modeling technique was used to structure the factors. Findings showed the effectiveness of 12 factors & the structuring of factors at five levels. Factors of knowledge learning, knowledge dissemination & training classes for marketers & sales department were the model. Focusing on training & improving the level of knowledge & awareness of marketers as well as customers will facilitate the achievement of other factors & will help develop customer relationship management in department stores.
