The main purpose of the present study was to compare Iranian and foreign websites of sports apparel based on webometric index. The research method is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose, practicality, statistical population of the research, consisting of authentic Iranian and foreign sports apparel websites, among the various twelve sites including six Iranian sites (merooj, pishkoh, jamjam, hafafsport, allsport, bofofo) and six external sites including (Adidas, nike, reebok, uhlsport, pouma, fila). The research tool was a researcher-made checklist. The checklist includes eleven dimensions (site specification, visual layout design, navigation, technical, reaction time, product information quality, product diversity, audience level, product order quality, shipping cost and security) and 56 questions. The method of data collection was observational-objective. The face validity of the questions was confirmed by sports and computer management experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined by agreement between assessments. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Kruskal-Wallis test and Friedman test was used to rank the questions. The results show that there was no significant difference between the investigated components in Iranian and foreign sites in terms of eleven dimensions and the selected sites had high quality in their sites. As a result, according to the findings of the research, webmasters and executives of Iranian and foreign sites can increase their site development with more innovations and capabilities in the site to improve the performance of the sites among users.

While football related revenues of leading European football clubs have made this sport a kind of industry, Iranian football clubs are always faced with financial problems. Previous studies that compared the methods of revenue generation in European football with the Iranian Premier Leagues’ clubs have shown that Iranian clubs were not able to use revenue generation methods. Sometimes it is due to legal issues and sometimes because of inappropriate management. The present study aimed to develop a conceptual infrastructure for the development of the business model of the Iranian football clubs, offering the media value of football players as an intangible asset. The media value of football player is a part of his economic value which is created by the media. The theoretical foundation for this conceptualization is the dual-product marketplace of media in which some media-including Iranian state TV-with free content, attract the attention of the audiences and sell the attention to advertisers and earn revenue. Systematic Literature Review of articles in related fields used as the method for conduct of this research. It is expected that by introducing the concept of media value, it will be possible to develop successful business models, which are independent from government grants, in football clubs and make proper use of existing media capacities in order to earn revenue.

The relationship between fan sports involvement, psychological commitment, attitudinal and behavioral loyalty is an important topic in sports marketing literature. Therefore, the purpose of this study was investigate the effect of sports involvement dimensions on psychological commitment, attitudinal and behavioral loyalty among football fans (Case study: Persepolis team). The research method was descriptive-correlational. The community and the statistical sample of the research comprise members of the Persepolis team's telegram channel. 300 members of the channel were randomly selected. The questionnaire of sports involvement dimensions was used from Kyle et al. (2003), psychological commitment from Funk et al. (2009), attitudinal loyalty from Hier and Dixon (2008) and behavioral loyalty by Bair et al. (2008), Its content was confirmed by experts and their internal consistency through Cronbach's alpha, and structural equation modeling was used to test the assumptions. Findings showed that charm (0.78), centrality (0.66) and self-expression (0.51) had a positive and significant effect on psychological commitment. Also, psychological commitment had a positive and significant effect on attitudinal loyalty with a coefficient of 0.81 and attitude loyalty with a coefficient (0.84) on behavioral loyalty. This research is an attempt to develop academic knowledge in the field of football professional football fans and also emphasizes the importance of theoretical aspects such as sport engagement, psychological commitment, attitudinal and behavioral loyalty from the viewpoint of football audiences, and the attitude of sports and marketing managers in recognizing and prioritizing The nose will help future fans of sports fans, especially football spectator and fans.

The aim of this study was to develop a local framework for outsourcing commercial advertising in Iranian Premier League football clubs with an interpretive structural modeling approach. The present study was field research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection. Considering the main goal, the research method was qualitative method (Foundation data theory). The statistical population in this study includes experts in the field of sports management and marketing. Using targeted sampling and theoretical saturation techniques, key informants) included 14 experts in the field of sports management and marketing (selected to identify the framework for outsourcing commercial advertising models in Premier League football clubs and semi-structured interviews with them). With the focus groups (it was done and the components and external factors of commercial advertising in the clubs of the Premier Football League were identified. Then interpretive structural modeling was also used as a consensus method. In this study, as can be seen, none of the factors were included in the variable group of autonomy, which means that the relationship between the outsourcing of commercial advertising in the clubs of the Iranian Football Premier League is desirable and strong. But it was clear that components such as efficient manpower, high advertising skills, increased club flexibility, fan loyalty, new business opportunities, affordability, financial and tax dimension, cost control, liberalization Sources fall into the category of dependent variables, which means that the reasons for outsourcing commercials in the clubs of the Iranian Premier Football League are weak but to some extent highly dependent. It was also found that indicators such as the economic dimension and attracting supporters, cultural dimension, quality dimension, club effectiveness, transfer of new technologies, sufficient knowledge, social media support in advertising, advertising feedback, are in the group of independent variables. This means that these indicators have a high impact on the outsourcing of commercials in the clubs of the Iranian Football Premier League. Finally, it was found that the advantage in price, planning, reducing stability and variable costs, the existence of credit control system (club reputation), intellectual property, falls into the group of link variables, which means that the indicators affect the outsourcing of advertising. Commercials in the clubs of the Iranian Football Premier League have a high power of influence and dependence. Any change in the outsourcing of commercials in the clubs of the Iranian Premier Football League should be done by using the necessary strategies in relation to these variables.

The purpose of this study was modeling the role of Ergonomy and Sportscape on Service Experience of Clients of Tehran E-sport Business with mediating of E- Word of mouth. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-correlational data analysis method. The statistical population of the study was all people using E-sport clubs in the Tehran city who regularly exercised in these clubs for at least one year. According to the research objectives and based on PASS statistical software, the population size was 325 people who were selected sampling. The data gathering tool in this study were E- Word of mouth questionnaire of Gholipour et al (2018), Sportscape of Wakefield & Sloan (1995), Ergonomy of facilities of Akbari et al (2018), service experience of Pine & Gilmore (1998). The results showed that Sportscape factors related to E-sport clubs have a direct and indirect impact on the intention of clients to be present again through the moderating role of the E- word of mouth advertising. In addition, Ergonomy factors related to E-sport clubs have indirect impact on the intention of clients to be present again through the moderating role of the E- word of mouth advertising. Also, E- word-of-mouth advertising has an impact on the intention of customers to be present again.

In live broadcasts of sporting events, the reporter plays an important role in attracting the audience and shaping the public opinion of society. In this research all the expressions and topics posed by the reporter in the world Greco-Roman wrestling clubs cup in 2016 were analyzed, which including 470 minutes of visual report. 360 minutes from this time as the sample was randomly selected. The research instrument was coding form whose validity was confirmed by 12 experts of sport and media. The objectivity and reliability coefficient were measured according Scott's formula for mentioned subjects (82%), mentioned person (86%) and reporter's oriention (84%). The results showed that wrestlers and refrees were two groups which referred them more than the other groups, Considering the first role of the two groups in the field of racing was natural. Providing useful information from wrestling and wrestlers and presenting informations from past, present and future about the local and foreign sports, are the viewer's expectaions from the reporter. Therefore, according to the important role of sport reporters, it is suggested that by studying and getting more information, try to improve their reports.

Educational organizations of the country need changes in their human resources activities in accordance with the growth of information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the use of ICT indicators and empowerment components in sport teachers of the Ministry of Education. This study was an applied and descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of this study was 118 sport teachers in the Ministry of Education of Guilan province. The instrument of this study were two valid combined questionnaires (information and communication technology and empowerment components) with an alpha coefficient above 0.90. The collected data were analyzed by K-S tests and Pearson and Spearman Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that 69.49% of subjects were men and 30.51% of them were women in this study and responsibility and autonomy components with (4.811) and (3.791) had the highest and the lowest mean among the variables. According to the study findings, information and communication technology can play an important role in sports teachers’ empowerment and the use of empowerment training classes for the rehabilitation of educational centers seems obvious.

The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between communication and the political approach and effectiveness of football club managers (Tehran). The statistical population of this study was the managers of the current clubs in the national leagues competitions with the priority of Tehrani teams present in these competitions as well as the managers of the teams present in the Asian Vision, First and Second Division of Tehran (N = 360) using the Cochran formula of 186 individuals. They were randomly selected. To meet the goals of standard software, political communication (Atashpour, 2009) and the Managers Effectiveness Questionnaire (Talgott Parsons, 1969), both questionnaires were tested at 10 and 30 minutes. Cronbach's alpha was calculated as political communication (0.823), effectiveness (0.755). Multivariate analysis was used. The results showed that political communication has a positive and meaningful relationship with effectiveness, and political communication has the ability to predict managers' effectiveness variable. Also, political communication status is above average and effectiveness is above average and it is recommended. Managers of football clubs try to use their communications with Swedes to increase the effectiveness of managers
