Abstract

The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and organizational citizens behavior in sports media of physical educational male teachers in Chaharmahal Bakhtiari Province. The research community included of 532 participants and statistic sample included of 225 , by using Morgan chart through stratified randomly were selected.
Research tools include standard questionnaire, professional ethics (Kadvvzyr, 1384) and organizational citizen’s behavior (Organ and Kanvsky, 2008) respectively whit Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0/9 and 0/97 and validity of the two questionnaire which are confirmed by experts.
The results conclusion showed that There is a significant the relationship between subscales with the professional ethics organizational citizen’s behavior male physical educational teachers.
