چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین الگوی نقش رسانه‌های اجتماعی در محیط کار بر پیامدهای شغلی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه انجام شد. روش پژوهش،، توصیفی- پیمایشی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بود.. جامعه آماری پژوهش، 320 نفر از کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه بودند که براساس فرمول کوکران 175 نفر به شیوه تصادفی طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسش‌نامه 19 سؤالی در دو بخش رسانه‌های اجتماعی در محیط کار و پیامدهای شغلی بود. در این پژوهش برای بررسی روابط بین اجزای مدل از معادلات ساختاری و به‌مظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد  که رسانه‌های اجتماعی در محیط کار بر پیامدهای شغلی با ضریب مسیر 55/0 و مقدار T  برابر با 58/5 تأثیرگذار بودند. در این میان شاخص استفاده اجتماعی بیش‌ازحد از رسانه‌های اجتماعی بر پیامدهای شغلی با ضریب مسیر 16/0 و مقدار T برابر با 11/2، شاخص استفاده لذت‌‌جویانه بیش‌ازحد از رسانه‌های اجتماعی بر پیامدهای شغلی با ضریب مسیر 32/0 و مقدار T برابر با 51/2 و شاخص استفاده شناختی بیش‌ازحد از رسانه‌های اجتماعی بر پیامدهای شغلی با ضریب مسیر 18/0 و مقدارT  برابر با 57/2 اثرگذار بودند؛ بنابراین استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی می‌تواند پیامدهای شغلی مثبت و منفی بسیاری در محیط‌های سازمانی به همراه داشته باشد.

The present research was conducted with the aim of formulating a model for the role of social media in the workplace on the occupational outcomes of employees in the sports and youth administrations of Kermanshah province. The research method was descriptive-survey and based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research included 320 employees of the sports and youth administrations of Kermanshah province, out of which 175 individuals were selected as the sample using stratified random sampling method based on Cochran's formula. The measurement tool was a questionnaire with 19 questions in two sections: social media in the workplace and occupational outcomes. In this research, Smart PLS software was used to analyze the relationships between the components of the model and to analyze the data. The findings indicated that social media in the workplace had a significant impact on occupational outcomes with a path coefficient of 0.55 and a T value of 5.58. Among these, excessive social use of social media had a significant effect on occupational outcomes with a path coefficient of 0.16 and a T value of 2.11, excessive hedonic use of social media had a significant effect on occupational outcomes with a path coefficient of 0.32 and a T value of 2.51, and excessive cognitive use of social media had a significant effect on occupational outcomes with a path coefficient of 0.18 and a T value of 2.57. Therefore, the use of social networks can have both positive and negative occupational outcomes in organizational environments.
