شناسایی عوامل کلیدی در کار خبرنگار و گزارشگر ورزشی در رادیو و تلویزیون ایران

چکیده

امروزه خبررسانی یکی از شریان‌های مهم و حیاتی جامعه و تأمین کنندۀ نیاز انسان به اطلاعات است و خبرنگاری و گزارشگری ورزشی بسیار پرمخاطب و جزء لاینفکی از محصولات برنامه‌های ورزشی در رادیو و تلویزیون محسوب می‌شود. ازین رو این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل کلیدی و موثر در خبرنگاری و گزارشگری ورزشی در رادیو و تلویزیون تدوین شده است. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد بوده است. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه خبرنگار-گزارشگران ورزشی صدا و سیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران تا سال 1396 بودند. نمونه گیری به روش غیرتصادفی و با استفاده از تکنیک‌های هدفمند (قضاوتی) و گلولة برفی انجام شد که بر مبنای آن 39 مصاحبه با گزارشگران ورزشی صورت گرفت. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل داده های به دست آمده از مصاحبه ها طی فرایند کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، به ایجاد نظریة داده بنیاد در حوزة گزارشگری ورزشی منجر شد که بر مبنای آن ویژگی های حرفه ای، توانمندی های فنی و توانایی های حرفه ای به عنوان مفاهیم اساسی در موفقیت گزارشگری ورزشی معرفی شدند. لذا مسئولین و مدیران امر می توانند با توجه به شاخص های به دست آمده در جهت بهبود و توسعه وضعیت گزارشگری ورزشی گام بردارند.

Key Factors for Sports Journalists and Commentators in Radio and Television Journalism is most important thing for human information needs. Sports Journalism and commentatory is very popular in radio and television sports programs. The purpose of this study was recognizing the key factors in sports journalism and commentatory in radio and television. Metodology was qualitative and grounded theory. Population was the sports journalists and commentators in IRIB from first till 2017. Sampelin was nonrandom and 39 persons selected by tow technics (pourposive and snowball). Data gathering were by semiconstruct questions. The data analyzed by coding in three processes (open, axial and selected coding). The findings showed the professional characteristics, thchnical competencies and professional abilities were important to be success in sports journalism and commentatories. Media management will be able to improve the quality of sports journalism and commentatory by notice to the most important key factors in sports jpurnalism and commentatory.
