To recognize the needs of customers the management of connect with customers appears. The fans of football matches are the capitals of football clubs. Thus, use of connecting with customers system is one of requires of these club. To use this system is depend on knowing the needs of clubs to do this. Thus, this paper goal identify fans needs by fans relationship management system(FRMS) .This research is In terms of goal Applications gathering information Descriptive (analysis- Survey). The study population included all football fans are in Yazd province. The sample size of 325 people.
The studies show we can organize these needs of fans relationship management system into three categories: structural facilities, connecting facilities, and qualitative matters. And then by using Fuzzy Criteria Decision Making Techniques (TOPSIS and ANP(analytic network process) Fuzzy), key points will be recognize, rank, the degree of important of each of them will be set. Finally as the most important of fans relationship management system needs(FRMS): a good covering of matches by media, and having a skillful technical team, and creating a central place for fans
