چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی درس‌آموخته‌های مدیریت ورزشی از فیلم‌های ورزشی انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل مضمون می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش فیلم‌های ورزشی برتر در جشنواره‌های ملی و بین‌المللی بودند که از بین آن‌ها چهار فیلم ورزشی ملی و چهار فیلم ورزشی بین‌المللی انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد آتراید-استیرلینگ (2001) انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که درس‌آموخته‌های مدیریت ورزشی که از فیلم‌های ورزشی شناسایی شده‌اند شامل 9 دسته حمایتی (حمایت از انتقاد سازنده، لزوم حمایت همه‌جانبه و همدلی)، مدیریت منابع انسانی مناسب (جذب و نگهداشت مناسب، استعدادیابی مناسب و در نظر گرفتن اصل تفاوت فردی)، اخلاقی (مسئولیت‌پذیری، اخلاق‌مداری و روحیه جوانمردی)، هدفمند بودن و تلاش برای رسیدن به هدف (تسلیم نشدن، داشتن پشتکار زیاد و داشتن هدف مناسب)، ارتقای شخصیتی (قدرت سازگاری بالا داشتن، اعتماد به نفس بالا، توانایی تحمل جایگاه بالا، ارتقای روحی-روانی ورزشکاران و بینش قوی داشتن)، جامعه‌گرایی (مردم‌داری، نگه داشتن مرز مناسب بین ورزش و سیاست و ارتقای فرهنگی)، مدیریتی (اردوهای بین‌المللی قوی، رفع موانع قانونی، مدیریت دانش و توجه به عملکرد به جای نتیجه‌گرایی)، استفاده از فرصت‌ها (استفاده از پتانسیل‌ها، مدیریت محیطی و فرصت‌طلب بودن) و اعتدال‌گرایی (عدالت‌محوری و برقراری تعادل کار و زندگی) می‌باشند. بنابراین از درس‌آموخته‌های فیلم‌های ورزشی می‌توان در تمام ابعاد مدیریت ورزشی اعم از برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، رهبری و کنترل استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying lessons learned in sports management from sports movies. This research is applied and qualitative based on thematic analysis. The statistical population of the research was the best sports films in national and international festivals, from which four national sports films and four international sports films were selected. Data analysis was done based on the theme analysis method with the Attreide-Stirling (2001) approach. The results of the research showed that the sports management lessons identified from sports movies include nine support categories (supporting constructive criticism, the need for comprehensive support and empathy), proper human resource management (proper recruitment and retention, proper talent acquisition and considering the principle of individual differences), moral (responsibility, moral orientation and spirit of chivalry), being purposeful and trying to reach the goal (not giving up, having a lot of perseverance and having the right goal), character improvement (strength having high adaptability, high self-confidence, the ability to bear a high position, the mental-psychological promotion of athletes and having a strong vision), community orientation (people-oriented, keeping the appropriate border between sports and politics and cultural promotion), management (strong international camps, removing obstacles legality, knowledge management and paying attention to performance instead of results orientation), using opportunities (using potentials, environmental management and being opportunistic) and moderation (justice-oriented and establishing work-life balance). Therefore, lessons learned from sports films can be used in all aspects of sports management, including planning, organization, leadership and control.
