The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of the role of social media on the success and continuity of private sports clubs. The current research was descriptive-survey in terms of its practical purpose, in terms of the method of data collection, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the present research in the qualitative part includes professors of sports management who had conducted research (at least two cases) in the field of media and sports clubs, as well as managers of public and private sports clubs who had doctoral education. The sampling method was purposeful. And in the quantitative part, the statistical population included all managers of public and private sports clubs in Hamadan city (109 people). The tools of this research included semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. In order to examine the data of the qualitative part, open, axial and selective coding was used, and in the quantitative part, the method of structural equation modeling was used. The results were done through open and axial coding in the form of two general components of social media and the success and continuity of the sports club. Also, the results showed that the research model has a good fit. Therefore, the managers of private sports clubs should pay the most attention to improving the management system, improving financial sponsors and using expert human resources in their sports clubs in order to achieve good career success in their business.

The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying the effective factors in the production of digital content in the sports industry. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of this research is based on the purposeful and snowball sampling method, in order to identify the effective components on the production of digital content in the sports industry, from experts and experts in the fields of media and digital marketing, radio and television experts, presenters and journalists of sports and newspapers. Sports writers were invited to conduct in-depth interviews and extract open, central and theoretical codes, of which the researchers were able to interview 28 experts in this field until reaching theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data of this research, coding was used in the qualitative part and interpretive structural modeling was used in the quantitative part. The results of the analysis of the conducted interviews showed that 66 codes were extracted, and these codes were divided into 12 categories, including cultural-management issues, human resources, content strength, content suitability, content volume, advertising effectiveness, stunning design, subject content quality. Content, coordination, skill of production factors and luxury were categorized. Paying attention to the identified factors can provide a technical and non-technical basis for the production of digital content in the sports industry.

The present research was designed and implemented with the aim of connecting the use of social media and human capital with the mediating role of human resources risk in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The current research is a descriptive research which, from the point of view of the objective, is one of the applied researches that was carried out in the field. The current research method is a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the current research includes employees working in the Ministry of Sports and Youth (901 people) (sample 269 people based on Morgan's table). The sampling method was random and the questionnaires were distributed in person and virtually, and finally 248 correct questionnaires were returned. The index of KMO test measures the adequacy of sampling and the value of 0.79 was obtained for this test. In order to determine the objectives of the research, 3 standard questionnaires of human resource risk, media consumption and human capital were used. The reliability and validity of all three questionnaires were confirmed. Structural equation method was used to examine the data of this research. The entire process of research analysis was done in SPS version 24 and PLS version 4 software. The results of this research showed that media consumption (effect=0.697; t=10.622) and human resource risk (effect=0.299; t=3.878) have a significant effect on human capital. The results also showed that media consumption (effect=0.311; t=4.219) has a significant effect on human resource risk.

The present study was designed and implemented with the aim of presenting the A model for human resource empowerment based on information and communication technology in the general departments of sport and youth. The present study was a mixed-quality study that was performed qualitatively-quantitatively. The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts familiar with the subject of research. The statistical population of the study in the quantitative section included all employees of the information technology sector, senior employees, managers and deputies of the General Departments of Sports and Youth, whose number was about 640 people. Based on Morgan's sample size chart, 242 people were identified as the research sample. The present research instrument included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the findings of the present study, open, axial and selective coding as well as the use of structural equation methods using PLS software were used. The results of the measurement model showed the significant effect of technology construction on empowerment. The results also showed that the technological environment does not have a significant effect on empowerment. The results of the measurement model showed a significant effect on information systems on empowerment. The results of the measurement model showed a significant effect of information and communication technology on empowerment.

The aim of this study is to identify the developmental indicators of the indigenous model of e-human resource management. This research has a qualitative approach and the method of fundamental data theory has been used as a research method. The data collection method is the study of theoretical foundations and in-depth and open interviews with 16 prominent professors in the field of specialized management in the field of electronic human resource management. The sampling method continued purposefully by standard and to the extent of theoretical saturation. The validity of this study was evaluated and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. To analyze the data, continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The results showed that growth factor (new services, promotion, preparation for the future) and transformation (creation, alignment, coordination) as consequences and network-oriented (individual networking, organizational networking, updating, technology application) And regeneration (application, communication, automation) as organizational strategies and contexts (organizational characteristics, attracting and providing human resources, support and commitment) and extra-organizational contexts (internal organization environment, national environment, new communication networks) as the central category Were identified
