The aim of the present study was to investigate and analyze the content of articles related to women's sports management in scientific journals. The research community included articles from databases such as Civilica, the Regional Center for Information Science and Technology, Zanjan, Magiran, Noor Journals, the Comprehensive Portal of Humanities, the Scientific Information Database of Jihad University, and the Islamic World Science Citation Database, as well as sports management journals in the country. A total of 129 articles were identified through keyword searches including "women's sports," "female sports," and "girls’' sports" in the mentioned databases, which were then subjected to content analysis.The results indicated that these studies could be classified into eight major categories that the most important of which are: 1- Psychological, social, and ideological perspectives, 2- Financial management and marketing, 3- Management and leadership. Among the universities in the country, after the total of open universities, the University of Tehran, the total of Payame Noor universities, and the University of Guilan have been the most engaged in this area. Furthermore, the majority of articles in this field have been published in the Journal of Sports Management at the University of Tehran; additionally, the highest number of citations in this field is related to Persian articles. It is worth mentioning that in over 57% of the research, quantitative research methods were employed. Scientific production in recent years has been met with increased interest. Therefore, given the importance of women's sports in the indicators of sports development, it is recommended that research in this area be expanded through interdisciplinary collaborations.

The development of women's sports is a step towards national development. In addition, due to the impact of women's sports on family and community life, it has received more attention from the government and the people. The purpose of this study was to investigate the main discourse of sports managers in the field of women's sports.The research was a descriptive study that was examined by qualitative analysis and discourse analysis approach from lectures and interviews of 34 senior managers in the field of sports and youth and its coding in an 8-month period from March to January 2021.The data obtained from the interviews and lectures of the managers were coded and classified into 19 concepts and 8 categories: moderation, culture building, talent development, sports development, sports efficiency, management, honor creation and sports requirements.It seems that women's participation in sports will make them work as legislators, managers, fighters for their rights and leaders of sports organizations. Therefore, it is very important for the media and senior managers to take more solid steps to empower women in their position by supporting and enacting laws.

Virtual media are one of the most popular and accessible social media in the last decade, which provides sports news to people, especially young people, as soon as possible. The purpose of this study was to compare the inequality of media coverage of women and men in cyberspace. The research was a quantitative one that was done in the form of content analysis, the five most popular news agencies were Aftab, ISNA, Tabnak, Tasnim and Fars in 2016. The research sample was the front page of each news agency that was collected daily through coded sheets. The validity of the sheets was approved by experts. The content dimensions used in this study included gender, type of sport, personality and photos of men and women. Data were used using descriptive statistics and non-parametric Chi-square test throughspss20 software. Were analyzed.The results showed out of 34768 news items, only 1140 of them were related to women (women 31.3% and men 96.68%). The first sport of women was shooting and men football. News about the personalities of men and women were 456 and 17951 times, respectively. The total number of photos of women was 739, but the number of photos of men was 22074.The four variables of gender, type of sport, personality, and photograph showed a difference therefor virtual media, while observing the principles of media neutrality , to pay attention to the enlightenment of public opinion and the all-round promotion of sports, in order to promote the sustainable development of sports.
