Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the components of the comfortable lifestyle and its role on physical sports activities in schools in order to achieve a model for the fundamental document. The method of this research is fuzzy Delphi. The research results show that the categories; The high emphasis of the authorities and families on things such as the academic affairs of the students compared to the emphasis on physical activity and sports, interest in computer games, changing the lifestyle of the students towards inactivity, the lack of sports hours compared to other school hours and Being limited to a certain hour in the week, corona disease and fear of being exposed in group games, lack of definition of new sports during sports hours, seclusion and desire to be alone during sports hours, obesity and excessive fatigue, lack of proper diet and weakness During sports hours, the decrease of students' interest in sports activities has the biggest role, in order of priority over the students' physical sports activities. The use of communication skills will compensate for the withdrawn and passive lifestyle of students in schools and can help students to compensate for their deficiencies by forming communication and support networks in schools.
