The present study was designed and conducted to develop a model of the role of mass media on the development of moral literacy among professional football players in Iran. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the present study in the qualitative part included experts and professors in the field of sports management who had the necessary experience and knowledge about the subject of research and in the quantitative part of the research includes all male football players present in the top leagues and the Azadegan League. Each professional sports team at this level (16 teams in the Professional League and 18 teams in the Free League) has 18 players, of which a total of 612 players were selected as community. The tools of the present study included semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire (21 items and 4 components in Likert type). Open, axial and selective coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part and structural equation modeling method was used in the quantitative part. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 24 and Smart PLS version 2. The results of the present study showed that various types of mass media affect the moral literacy of professional athletes. .

Specialized literacy in communication, which goes beyond simple reading, writing, and conversation, plays an important role in human communication with oneself, others, and even other beings. Quality is a good link to greater success in personal and professional life. Based on this introduction, the question arises as to whether communication literacy is a very important skill in professional athletes. Since communication literacy in professional sports has been less studied, according to this study, the analysis of specialized literacy in the communication of professional athletes in Iran is based on the technique of analysis of key actors. This was done by a strategic planning simulation tool called MACTOR In this study, which is critical from the point of view of the prevailing paradigm, after acquainting professional athletes in the fields of football, athletics, wrestling, weightlifting, and handball with communication literacy, they were asked to use the actor-actor and actor-goal matrices. Are literate, choose. The results in the output of the software showed that the professional athletes of the selected disciplines are weak in their communication with specialized literacy in body language, intercultural communication, advertising literacy, The third generation of the web, which expanded after 2010 and conceptually led to two -way interaction between users and the very popular social networks formed in this generation, leading to this high awareness of communication technology literacy. The study also shows the benefits of using new software to examine the development and development opportunities of sports communication studies.

Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze sports and physical education inLaw the fifth five-year development of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The study was descriptive and functional purpose. How to collect data in this study is a questionnaire from the document library and the fifth five-year development of the Islamic Republic of Iran (1390-1394) achieved the certificate and a questionnaire developed and validity of the content experts 69/0 reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. The study population consisted of managers of sport and sport management faculty member universities a total of about 179 people, among them were identified and questionnaires were sent in person or mail the questionnaire back about 80 percent were analyzed. To analyze the data from this study of descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the statistics of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Chi square, Friedman test and Kruskal-Wallis test was used. The results show that in general the fifth five-year development legislation to implement the four sports section includes exercise training, public, and professional championship has not been much attention.

The purpose of this study was the effect of media of the structure of sports in Iran. The research method was analytical descriptive and in terms of the purpose, it is an applied study. Methods of data collection include library research, Delphi method and finally a researcher made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was determined by professors and specialists in the field. After all the corrective actions, the necessary changes were made. Reliability questionnaire measured by Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the study were consisted of staff and operational managers of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the executive directors of National Olympic Committee and National Olympic and Para-Olympic Academy Directors, heads of federations, experts in National Olympic Committee, professionals and managers of sports associations in school sports federations, and faculty members as specialists in sports and they were informed about the research topic. In this study, the sample was determined as equivalent to the research population and by counting all. Out of 302 questionnaires were sent to the members of the research population and 238 questionnaires were filled. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, comparison of the mean of the population (one sample t-test), Friedman's analysis of variance and Kruskal-Wallis test were applied. The results confirmed the effect of media on the sport structure of the country not to mention this effect seemed to be more on championship sport than on general and training sports.
