Presenting the development model of the Internet of Things in the management of sports facilities

Abstract

تحقیق حاضر باهدف ارائه الگو توسعه اینترنت اشیا در مدیریت اماکن ورزشی طراحی گردید. تحقیق حاضر ازجمله تحقیقات کیفی بود که به‌صورت میدانی اجرایی گردید. روش کیفی مورداستفاده در تحقیق حاضر از نوع گرانندتئوری بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در تحقیق حاضر شامل خبرگان آگاه به موضوع تحقیق بودند. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با رویکرد انتخاب نمونه‌گیری همگون و درعین‌حال با رعایت حداکثر تنوع نمونه‌گیری شدند. این مسئله تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری شکل گرفت. درنهایت تعداد ۱۲ مصاحبه در این خصوص انجام گردید. این افراد شامل خبرگانی بودند که به موضوع پژوهش حاضر اشراف کامل داشتند. به عبارتی از منظر علمی و عملی سوابق ارزشمندی در این خصوص داشت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در تحقیق حاضر مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. نتایج نشان داد که شبکه نرم‌افزار محور به‌عنوان بستر اینترنت اشیا در اماکن ورزشی می‌تواند منجر به توسعه این پدیده در سه لایه ادراکی، شبکه‌ای و کاربردی گردد. لایه کاربردی این پدیده می‌تواند منجر به ارتقا سطح خدمات‌رسانی به ورزشکاران و تیم‌ها، هواداران و تماشاگران، فرایندها و سیستم‌های محیطی گردد. به عبارتی در مسیر توسعه اینترنت اشیا در مدیریت اماکن ورزشی می‌بایستی به‌صورت جدی به ارتقا سطح الزامات ارتباطی، زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری، زیرساخت‌های سخت‌افزاری، زیرساخت‌های امنیتی و قوانین حمایتی توجه جدی داشت.
