چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل وضعیت رساله های دکتری حوزه مدیریت ورزشی با تأکید بر رویکرد حل مسأله وارائه الگو انجام شده است. در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از برگه های کدگذاری به تجزیه و تحلیل محتوای 100 رساله حوزه مدیریت ورزشی پرداخته شد. به منظور استخراج الگوی پارادایمی مناسب جهت کاربردی بودن رساله های دکتری به مصاحبه با خبرگان علمی در این حوزه مبادرت شد. بر این اساس دیدگاه 15 نفر از خبرگان حائز شرایط در این پژوهش استفاده شده است و با استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda به تجزیه وتحلیل مصاحبه ها پرداخته شد. برای تحلیل داده های به‌دست آمده از سه نوع کدگذاری استفاده شد که عبارتند از: کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی. در کدگذاری باز، داده های حاصل از مصاحبه‏ ها به دقت مورد مطالعه، بررسی و تحلیل قرار می‏ گیرند. کدگذاری محوری مرحله دوم تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در نظریه‌پردازی زمینه‌ای است. برای کدگذری محوری در این پژوهش از الگوی پارادایمی استراوس و کوربین استفاده شده است. اجزای الگوی پارادایمی برای کدگذاری محوری عبارت‌ بودند: از مقوله محوری، شرایط علی، زمینه یا بستر حاکم، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها.برای بررسی همزمان، روابط همبستگی از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد نتایج برآورد معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که شرایط علی بر مقوله اصلی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. مقوله اصلی بر راهبردها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. راهبردها بر پیامدها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. شرایط مداخله‌گر بر پیامدها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و در نهایت شرایط بستر بر پیامدها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to provide an analysis of the status of doctoral dissertations in the field of sports management with an emphasis on problem solving approach and model presentation. In this research, in the first step in order to identify the indicators of the status model of doctoral dissertations in the field of sports management with emphasis on problem solving approach First by examining the existing landscape, rules and regulations Its implementation process in the field of sports management was examined. In the second step By formulating questions based on the objectives of the research, interviews were conducted with scientific and practical experts and experts in this field. The statistical population in the qualitative part of this research includes experts and experts in the field of sports and are measured by expertise indicators. Based on this, the views of 15 qualified experts have been used in this study and analyzed using Maxqda software. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the correlation relationships simultaneously. The results of estimating structural equations showed that causal conditions have a positive and significant effect on the main category. The main category has a positive and significant effect on strategies. Strategies have a positive and significant effect on outcomes. The intervening condition has a positive and significant effect on the consequences and finally the bed conditions have a positive and significant effect on the outcome.
