چکیده

منازعات گفتمانی در سازمان‌ها سبب ایجاد تغییر و بازتولید واقعیت‌های اجتماعی می‌گردد.این پژوهش در نظر دارد به تحلیل تعارض گفتمانی بین رئیس فدراسیون کشتی و معاون حرفه‌ای و قهرمانی وزارت ورزش در جریان مجمع عمومی و سالیانه فدراسیون کشتی بپردازد تا دریابد مهم‌ترین گفتمان‌ها و نشانه‌های نهفته در این رویداد ارتباطی چیست؟ این پژوهش با استفاده از چارچوب نظری تحلیل گفتمان و با تکیه بر سطوح تحلیل جان فیسک اجراشده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در این نزاع دو طرف گفت‌وگو برای به اقناع رسیدن و پیروزی در بحث از سازگاری‌های مفهومی، شناختی و زبانی استفاده کرده‌اند. به‌طوری‌که رئیس فدراسیون کشتی بااستفاده ازانگاره‌های فرهنگی، نیروهای کلامی و حالت‌های هیجانی در رفتاروزبان بدن سعی دربی‌اعتباری ادعاهای طرف مقابل وبرنده بیرون آمدن ازمنازعه را داشته‌انددر طرف مقابل معاون وزیربا پرهیز از تماس چشمی، دوری از حالت‌های هیجانی درکلام و زبان بدن و استفاده ازاصول ادراکات شناختی سعی درحفظ اوضاع و شرایط گفتگوبه نفع خودداشته‌انداین درحالی است که هردو طرف ضمن محق دانستن خود سعی درمغلوبه کردن بحث به سود خو بدون توجه به مرزهای شناخته‌شده گفتگو داشته‌اند و در این مسیر خودآگاه و یا ناخودآگاه از تکنیک‌های برتری مباحثه استفاده نموده‌اند.ازآنجایی‌که نحوه صحیح گفت‌وگو، نیازمند مهارت‌های ویژه است و قواعد و اصول خاصی را بر مشارکت‌کنندگان تحمیل می‌کندلذا پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران از تحمیل اندیشه‌های خود دست بکشند، خود را از تنها اندیشیدن رها کنند، صدای یکدیگر را بشنوند،طرف مقابل را درک کنند،مهارت خوب شنیدن را ارتقا بخشند،بر اهداف مشترک خود متمرکز باشندو بدون پیش‌زمینه‌های فکری خود نسبت به‌طرف مقابل وارد گفتگو شوند

چکیده [English]

This research aims to analyze the discursive conflict between the head of the Wrestling Federation and the Deputy Minister of Professional and Championship Affairs of the Ministry of Sports during the General Assembly of the Wrestling Federation in order to find out what are the most important signs hidden in this communication event?This research was conducted using the theoretical framework of discourse analysis and relying on John Fisk's levels of analysis.The findings showed that in this conflict, the two sides of the conversation used conceptual, cognitive and linguistic adaptations to win the debate.So that the head of the Wrestling Federation tried to invalidate the claims of the other side by using cultural images,verbal forces and emotional states and emerged victorious from the conflict, while the Deputy Minister tried to maintain the situation and conditions of the conversation in his favor by avoiding eye contact, avoiding emotional states and using the principles of cognitive perceptions.While both sides, while believing themselves to be right, have tried to dominate the discussion in their own favor, regardless of the recognized boundaries of the conversation, and in this process have used techniques of superior discussion.Since the correct way of conversation requires special skills and imposes certain rules and principles on the participants,it is therefore recommended that managers stop imposing their own ideas,free themselves from thinking alone, hear each other's voices, understand the other side, improve their listening skills, focus on their common goals,and enter the conversation without their own intellectual backgrounds towards the other side
