چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی مدل مؤلفه‌های رهبری تحول دیجیتال و ارتباط آن با توانمندسازی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان خراسان شمالی با رویکرد آمیخته طراحی و اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی و بر اساس رویکرد پژوهش، آمیخته بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر در بخش کیفی شامل سه گروه اساتید دانشگاهی (که حداقل دو پژوهش در زمینه موضوع پژوهش انجام داده باشند)، کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان خراسان شمالی (باسابقه حداقل 10 سال) و مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان خراسان شمالی (باسابقه بیش از 5 سال) بود. از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌منظور انتخاب مصاحبه‌شوندگان استفاده گردید. این نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و درنهایت تعداد 19 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه مشخص گردیدند. همچنین جامعه آماری در بخش کمی را مدیران و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان خراسان شمالی به تعداد 240 نفر تشکیل دادند و نمونۀ آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان 144 نفر و به‌صورت در دسترس در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار مورداستفاده در این پژوهش، مصاحبه، پرسشنامه مستخرج از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. جهت بررسی داده‌های بخش کیفی از تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید و در بخش کمی از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج تحلیل مضمون نشان داد که مضمون فراگیر رهبری جمعی، رهبری عقلایی، رهبری عاطفی و رهبری معنوی و هفت مضمون سازمان‌دهنده ازجمله ابعاد تشکیل‌دهنده رهبری زمینه‌ساز تحول دیجیتالی ادارات ورزش و جوانان خراسان شمالی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was designed and implemented with a mixed approach with the aim of designing a model of digital transformation leadership components and its relationship with the empowerment of employees of sports and youth departments in North Khorasan Province. The current research was mixed in terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive-survey data collection method and based on the research approach. The statistical population of the current research in the qualitative part includes three groups of academic professors (who have conducted at least two researches in the field of the research topic), employees of sports and youth departments of North Khorasan province (with at least 10 years of experience) and managers of sports and youth departments of North Khorasan province. (With a history of more than 5 years). Purposive sampling was used to select the interviewees. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 19 people were selected as a sample. Also, the statistical population in the quantitative section was made up of managers and employees of sports and youth departments of North Khorasan province in the number of 240 people, and the statistical sample was considered to be 144 people based on Morgan's table and available.The tools used in this research were interviews, questionnaires extracted from interviews and standard questionnaires. Thematic analysis was used to examine the data in the qualitative part, and the structural equation modeling method was used in the quantitative part. The results of the theme analysis showed that the overarching theme.
