چکیده

تحقیق حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل توسعه اکوسیستم دانش در ورزش مدارس ایران با تأکید بر فناوری‌های نوین طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته بود که در دو فاز کیفی و کمی اجرا گردید. جامعه-ی آماری بخش کیفی شامل نخبگان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه ورزش در مدارس و مدیریت دانش و در بخش کمی؛ معاونان، روسا و کارشناسان معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت آموزش‌وپرورش در تمامی استان‌های کشور بود. ابزار تحقیق حاضر شامل پرسشنامه و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختارمند بود. جهت بررسی داده‌های پژوهش در بخش کیفی از کدگذاری مطابق با رویکرد گلیزر و در بخش کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. کلیه روند تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش حاضر در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 20 و Smart PLS نسخه 3 انجام گردید. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که در جهت توسعه اکوسیستم دانش در ورزش مدارس ایران با تأکید بر فناوری‌های نوین می‌بایستی به عواملی شامل تحول فناوری، ماهیت دانش، تجارب فرهنگی، بسترفنی، شرایط حقوقی و قانونی، تسهیل دسترسی، اعتبار دانش، تعاملات بخشی و خلق دانش توجه نمود. توجه به عوامل شناسایی می‌تواند ضمن ایجاد دانش اولیه، بستر فنی و حمایت از توسعه اکوسیستم دانش؛ شرایطی جهت بهبود وضعیت ورزش مدارس در این خصوص را داشته باشد

چکیده [English]

The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of presenting a knowledge ecosystem development model in Iranian school sports with an emphasis on new technologies. The current research method was of a mixed type, which was implemented in two qualitative and quantitative phases. The statistical population of the qualitative part includes elites and experts in the field of sports in schools and knowledge management and in the quantitative part; He was the vice president, heads and experts of the Ministry of Physical Education and Health of Education in all the provinces of the country. The tools of this research included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. In order to examine the research data, in the qualitative part, coding according to Glaser's approach was used, and in the quantitative part, the method of structural equations was used. All data analysis process of this research was done in SPSS version 20 and Smart PLS version 3 software. The results of this research showed that in order to develop the knowledge ecosystem in sports in Iranian schools with emphasis on new technologies, factors including technological evolution, the nature of knowledge, cultural experiences, technical background, legal and legal conditions, facilitating access, knowledge validity, sector interactions should be considered. And the creation of knowledge paid attention. Paying attention to identification factors can create basic knowledge, technical platform and support the development of knowledge ecosystem; To have conditions to improve the condition of school sports in this regard
