چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل ساختاری تفسیری راهبردهای مدیریت یادگیری مشارکتی در بستر آموزش مجازی در هنرستان‌های تربیت‌بدنی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است. در مرحله اول روش تحقیق کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون و در مرحله دوم روش کمی براساس مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری در هر دو بخش کیفی و کمی با توجه به خبره محور بودن رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری، خبرگان تشکیل دادند که شامل خبرگان آشنا به موضوع پژوهش (اساتید و صاحب‌نظران حوزه یاددهی- یادگیری (ترجیحاً یادگیری مشارکتی) و دبیران هنرستان‌های تربیت‌بدنی که دارای تحصیلات دکتری بودند که این افراد، به‌صورت هدفمند برای مصاحبه‌های کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردید (18 مصاحبه با 18 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت). ابزار اندازه‌گیری در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه بود. روایی و پایایی داده‌ها مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. از دو روش تحلیل مضمون (نرم-افزار مکس کیودی‌ای) و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) (نرم‌افزار اکسل) برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است. 6 مضمون اصلی راهبردهای مدیریت یادگیری مشارکتی در بستر آموزش مجازی در هنرستان‌های تربیت‌بدنی شناسایی‌شده است. زیرساخت‌ها و تجهیزات، مدیریتی و ارزیابی در خوشه مستقل قرار دارند یعنی بر عوامل دیگر تأثیر زیاد دارد و عوامل دیگر بر آن تأثیر اندکی دارد، آموزش، برنامه آموزشی و محتوای درسی در خوشه وابسته قرارگرفته‌اند یعنی متأثر از عوامل دیگر هستند و بر دیگر عوامل تأثیر اندکی دارند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to design an interpretative structural model of collaborative learning management strategies in the context of virtual education in physical education colleges. The current research is of mixed type (qualitative and quantitative). In the first stage, a qualitative research method was performed using thematic analysis, and in the second stage, a quantitative method based on interpretive structural modeling was performed. In both qualitative and quantitative sections, due to the expert-centeredness of the interpretive structural modeling approach, the statistical community formed experts, including experts familiar with the subject of the research (professors and experts in the field of teaching-learning (preferably cooperative learning) and teachers of physical education schools). Who had doctoral education and these people were purposefully selected for qualitative interviews in the research topic (18 interviews with 18 people and continued until theoretical saturation). The measurement tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the data were confirmed. Two methods of theme analysis (Max QDI software) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) (Excel software) were used to analyze the data. 6 The main theme of learning management strategies Participation has been identified in the context of virtual education in physical education colleges. Infrastructure and equipment, management and evaluation are in the independent cluster, that is, it has a large effect on other factors and other factors have a small effect on it, education, educational program and curriculum content.
