ارتباط اخلاق حرفه ای با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در رسانه های ورزشی دبیران مرد تربیت بدنی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه اخلاق حرفه ای با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در رسانه های ورزشی دبیران مرد تربیت بدنی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود . جامعه پژوهش شامل 532 نفر از دبیران و نمونه آماری آن شامل 225 نفر از این افراد بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند . ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای(کادووزیر،1384) و پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (ارگان و کانوسکی،2008) به ترتیب با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 90 /. و 97 /. و روایی این دو پرسشنامه نیز توسط متخصصان تأیید شده است. نتایج تحقیق مبین آن است که بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و خرده مقیاس های آن با اخلاق حرفه ای دبیران تربیت بدنی ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and organizational citizens behavior in sports media of physical educational male teachers in Chaharmahal Bakhtiari Province. The research community included of 532 participants and statistic sample included of 225 , by using Morgan chart through stratified randomly were selected.
Research tools include standard questionnaire, professional ethics (Kadvvzyr, 1384) and organizational citizen’s behavior (Organ and Kanvsky, 2008) respectively whit Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0/9 and 0/97 and validity of the two questionnaire which are confirmed by experts.
The results conclusion showed that There is a significant the relationship between subscales with the professional ethics organizational citizen’s behavior male physical educational teachers.
