تبیین اثر آموزش هوش هیجانی به صورت چندرسانه ای بر هوش اخلاقی، سازگاری با محیط های ورزشی و تعهد ورزشی ورزشکاران نوجوان تک والد

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین اثر آموزش هوش هیجانی به‌صورت چندرسانه‌ای بر هوش اخلاقی، سازگاری با محیط‌های ورزشی و تعهد ورزشی ورزشکاران نوجوان تک والد می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها نیمه تجربی است. همچنین روش پژوهش حاضر از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت میدانی بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، همه ورزشکاران نوجوان تک والد دختر و پسر نوجوان بود که 40 نفر در دو گروه تجربی و کنترل به‌صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به مدت 2 ماه (16 جلسه) در جلسات آموزش هوش هیجانی شرکت کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2005)، پرسشنامه سازگاری با محیط ورزشی الیاس و همکاران (2017) و پرسشنامه تعهد ورزشی اسکانلان و همکاران (1993) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در قسمت آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد استفاده گردید و در قسمت آمار استنباطی از آزمون‌های آماری کواریانس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش هوش هیجانی به‌صورت چندرسانه‌ای بر هوش اخلاقی، سازگاری با محیط‌های ورزشی و تعهد ورزشی ورزشکاران نوجوان تک والد اثر معنی‌داری دارد (05/0≥P). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که آموزش به‌صورت آنلاین و چندرسانه‌ای نیز می‌تواند اثرات مفیدی در ارتقاء سطح مؤلفه‌های روان‌شناختی ایجاد کند و در آموزش ورزشکاران نیز مثمر ثمر واقع شود، تلاش‌های جدی در زمینه آموزش به‌صورت چندرسانه‌ای برای ورزشکاران باید صورت گیرد و از راهبرد بیش‌ازپیش استفاده و بهره‌برداری شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of emotional intelligence training in multimedia form on moral intelligence, adaptation to sports environments and sports commitment of single-parent adolescent athletes. The current research is semi-experimental in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. Also, the method of the present research was from the point of view of collecting information in the field. The statistical population of this research, the statistical population of the current research was all teenage single-parent teenage boys and girls, 40 of whom were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in emotional intelligence training sessions for 2 months (16 sessions). The research tools included the Moral Intelligence Questionnaire of Lenik and Keil (2005), the Questionnaire of Adaptability to the Sports Environment by Elias et al. (2017) and the Sports Commitment Questionnaire by Scanlan et al. (1993). Mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis in the descriptive statistics section, and covariance statistical tests were used in the inferential statistics section using SPSS software. The results showed that multimedia emotional intelligence training has a significant effect on moral intelligence, adaptation to sports environments, and sports commitment of single-parent adolescent athletes (P≥0.05). The results of the current research showed that online and multimedia training can also create beneficial effects in improving the level of psychological components and be fruitful in the training of athletes, serious efforts in the field of multimedia training for athletes.
