شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متاورس در حوزه ورزش

چکیده

امروزه بیش از هر زمان دیگری در طول تاریخ شاهد تحول های چشمگیر در عرصه‌ی فناوری و اطلاعات هستیم. متاورس یا فراتر از جهان، فناوری نوپدیدی است که فرصت‌ها و چالش‌هایی را برکلیه فعالیت‌ها با ترکیبی از دنیای مجازی و واقعیت ایجاد می‌کند. بر اساس اهمیت موضوع این تحقیق با عنوان شناسایی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متاورس در حوزه ورزش انجام شد. الگوی علمی این پژوهش کیفی (رویکرد گلیزر) و جامعه آماری این پژوهش حاضر اساتید و مختصصین ورزشی آگاه به موضوع هستند. از طریق ابزار مصاحبه به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته به شناسایی شاخص ها پرداخته شد. روایی ابزار پژوهش (مصاحبه)، توسط مصاحبه شونده وسپس اساتید و متخصصین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای سنجش پایایی از روش توافق درون موضوعی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش نظریه برخواسته از داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که چالش‌ها شامل قوانین و مقررات، علم و دانش، انگیزه، حمایت و پشتیبانی، مزیت رقابتی، تبلیغات و فروش و مدیریت و فرصت‌ها شامل آموزش، ارتباطات، بازاریابی، هواداری، فعالیت‌های ورزشی، گردشگری و تحلیل ورزشی می‌باشد. یکی از راهکارهای کاربردی برای مدیریت چالش‌ها و بهره‌مندی از فرصت‌های فضای متاورس در حوزه ورزش، تدوین و اجرای یک سیاست استاندارد سازی قوانین و مقررات در این فضاست. این سیاست می‌تواند به تناسب با ویژگی‌ها و نیازهای این فضا تهیه شده و به همه شرکت‌کنندگان و فعالان در محیط متاورس اطلاع‌رسانی شود.

Today, more than ever in history, we are witnessing significant transformations in technology and information. The Metaverse, or beyond the world, is an emerging technology that creates opportunities and challenges by combining the virtual and real worlds. Given the importance of the topic, this research was conducted under the title "Identification of Challenges and Opportunities in the Metaverse in the Sports Domain." The qualitative research method was based on foundation data using Glazer's approach. The statistical population of sports and non-sports experts and a sample of 13 experts were aware of the subject. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, whose validity was checked by a selection of interviewees and then expert professors, and for reliability, the intra-subject agreement method was used. The interviewee examined the validity of the research tool (interview) and then by professors and experts. The reliability was measured using the intra-subject agreement method, and the data were analyzed using the grounded theory approach. The findings indicated that challenges include laws and regulations, science and knowledge, motivation, support and sponsorship, competitive advantage, advertising and sales, and management. Opportunities encompass education, communications, marketing, fan engagement, sports activities, tourism, and sports analysis. Based on the research plans, it is suggested that to manage the challenges, the cooperation of the public and private sectors through synergy to solve the challenges and orientation of spatial opportunities in different fields, training and providing services to activists and consumers. This area is recommended.
