نقش رسانه‌ها در توسعة مشروعیت اخلاقی در نظام حقوقی ورزشی ایران

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل نقش رسانه‌ها در توسعه مشروعیت اخلاقی در نظام حقوقی ورزشی ایران بود. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، خبرگان آشنا با رسانه‌ها، مشروعیت اخلاقی و نظام حقوقی ورزش ایران که شامل اساتید دانشگاهی (حداقل دو پژوهش در زمینه متغیرهای پژوهش)، حقوقدانان ورزشی ایران (داشتن تجربه در پرونده‌های حقوقی در ورزش ایران) و برخی مدیران رسانه­های ورزشی ایران (رادیو، تلویزیون، روزنامه‌ها و مجلات ورزشی) باسابقه بیش از 5 سال بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب ‌شدند (15 نفر). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانه­ای نظام­مند و مصاحبه­های اکتشافی ساختارمند بود. روایی یافته­ها بر اساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه، نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تأیید گردید. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل و تفسیر مصاحبه خبرگان نشان داد که چهار نقش آگاهی سازی، انگیزشی، نیازسنجی و آموزشی ازجمله نقش‌های رسانه­ها به‌منظور توسعه مشروعیت اخلاقی در نظام حقوقی ورزشی ایران می‌باشد. همچنین مضامین آگاهی سازی و آموزشی می‌توانند بر نیازسنجی و انگیزشی تأثیرگذار باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of media in the development of moral legitimacy in Iran's sports legal system. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of this research includes experts familiar with the media, moral legitimacy and the legal system of Iranian sports, which includes university professors (at least two researches in the field of research variables), Iranian sports lawyers (having experience in legal cases in Iranian sports) and Some managers of Iranian sports media (radio, television, newspapers and sports magazines) with more than 5 years of experience were selected by purposeful sampling (15 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the experts' interviews showed that there are four roles of awareness-raising, motivational, needs assessment and training among the roles of the media in order to develop moral legitimacy in Iran's sports legal system. Also, the themes of awareness and education can have an impact on needs assessment and motivation.
