It was a descriptive applied research. The statistical population of Ardabil sports club staff is 200 and based on Morgan table the sample size was estimated 120 people (n = 120). The data were collected through Business Networking Questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. One-sample t-test and SPSS 20 software were also used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study showed that Ardabil women's clubs' product networking capability, processes, information system and organizational culture were significantly higher than the average (mean= 3 and significance level= 95%). Also, the networking of managers, staff and organizational structure were found to be significantly lower than the average. The results showed that by spreading culture of networking activities and changing the approach of managers and staff of women's clubs, new products can be developed for existing clubs. Also, standardizing processes and using new information systems can facilitate the networking process since existing clubs cannot develop on their own because of their small size. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی قابلیت شبکه‌سازی باشگاه‌های ورزشی استان اردبیل بود که در راستای بهره‌مندی باشگاه‌ها و توسعه ورزش بانوان از فرصت شبکه‌سازی انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی و بر اساس هدف کاربردی می‌باشد که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری کارکنان باشگاه‌های ورزشی استان اردبیل به تعداد 200 نفر است و بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد نمونه (120 نفر n=) برآورد شد. روش گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه شبکه‌سازی کسب و کار محقق ساخته انجام شد. برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای و نرم‌افزار 20SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که باشگاه‌های بانوان استان اردبیل قابلیت شبکه‌سازی محصول، فرایندها، سیستم اطلاعاتی و فرهنگ سازمانی به طور معناداری بالاتر از میانگین در نظر گرفته شده می‌باشد (میانگین برابر 3 و با 95 درصد اطمینان). همچنین شبکه‌سازی مدیران، کارکنان و ساختار سازمانی به طور معناداری کمتر از میانگین است. با فرهنگ‌سازی فعالیت‌های شبکه‌ای و تغییر رویکرد مدیران و کارکنان باشگاه‌های بانوان می‌توان محصولات جدیدی را در باشگاه‌های موجود توسعه داد. همچنین با استانداردسازی فرایندها و استفاده از سیستم‌های جدید اطلاعاتی می‌توان فرایند شبکه‌سازی را تسهیل کرد، چرا که باشگاه‌های موجود به دلیل کوچک بودن به تنهایی نمی‌توانند مسیر توسعه را تجربه کنند.

The methodology of this study is descriptive-survey and by purpose, it is a type of applied study. Estimation of sample size in this study was done using SPSS Sample power software based on the objectives and assumptions of the research and using the tool considered (questionnaire)the assumptions considered in the form of statistical methods were analyzed by Smart PLS 3 software. The findings of this study indicate that consuming emotions consisting of arousal and pleasure have a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intentions of consumers affected by Puma sports mascots; On the other hand, the role and effect of gender modulation in the causal relationship between arousal on behavioral intention was rejected and the effect of pleasure on behavioral intention was confirmed; in other words, the gender variable has moderate the relationship between pleasure on behavioral intentions. It is therefore recommended to marketers and practitioners the psychological-communicational characteristics (feeling of pleasure) of different groups affected bywell-known sports mascots are increasingly taken into consideration. هدف از پژوهش حاضر واکاوی هیجانات مصرفی- ارتباطی متأثر از مسکاتهای ورزشی شناخته شده (نمونه مورد مطالعه: برند پوما) در تبیین قصد رفتاری مصرف کنندگان با ملاحظه ای اثر تعدیلگری جنسیت است. روش شناسی پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – پیمایشی بوده و بر اساس هدف از نوع مطالعات کاربردی میباشد؛ جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده های تربیت بدنی بودند که برآورد حجم نمونه ی این گروه مبتنی بر اهداف و فرضیات پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS power Sample صورت پذیرفت و با استفاده از ابزار در نظر گرفته شده (پرسشنامه) فرضیات مدنظر با بهره گیری از روشهای آماری توسط نرم افزار 3 PLS Smart تحلیل شدند. یافته های این پژوهش حکایت از آن داشت که به صورت کلی هیجانات مصرفی متشکل از انگیختگی و لذت بر قصد رفتاری مصرف کنندگان متأثر از مسکات ورزشی پوما اثری مثبت و معنادار دارد؛ از سوی دیگر نقش و اثر تعدیلگری جنسیت در ارتباط علّی بین انگیختگی بر قصد رفتاری رد و برای لذت بر قصد رفتاری این اثر تأیید شد. به بیانی دیگر در نمونه مورد بررسی جنسیت شدت رابطه بین لذت بر قصد رفتاری را تعدیل کرده است. از اینرو به بازاریابان و متصدیان امر پیشنهاد می شود ویژگی های روانشناختی- ارتباطی (احساس لذت) گروه های مختلف متأثر از مسکاتهای ورزشی شناخته شده را بیش از پیش مدنظر قرار دهند.

After the literature review and inline with the previous researches, thetheoretical framework was presented and tested. This research used convenience sampling as a sampling method. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.876 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Hypotheses were tested by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) using Amos 24 software.The results indicate that advertising appeal has positive impact on brand personality appeal. Brand personality appeal also has positive impact on relationship quality, brand loyalty, and brand attachment. Relationship quality and brand loyalty also have positive impact on word of mouth. Attachment to the brand has positive impact on relationship quality and brand loyalty. هدف این پژوهش تبیین پیامدهای جذابیت شخصیت برند انسانی در برنامه های ورزشی(مجری برنامه تلویزیونی 34 )است. به همین منظور با استناد به مبانی نظری و پیشینه پژوهش مدل مفهومی محقق ساخته ارائه و آزمون شد. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده و به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد. آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه 0/876بوده که نشان از پایایی مناسب آن دارد. فرضیات پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادله ساختاری با نرم افزار ایموس مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد جاذبه تبلیغاتی بر جذابیت شخصیت برند تأثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین جذابیت شخصیت برند بر کیفیت رابطه، وفاداری به برند و وابستگی به برند تأثیر مثبت دارد. کیفیت رابطه و وفاداری به برند نیز بر نقل قول دهان به دهان تأثیر مثبت دارند. همچنین وابستگی به برند بر کیفیت رابطه و وفاداری به تأثیر میگذارد.

Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the impact of advertising using celebrity athletes on the intention to purchase sports and non-sports goods. This is an applied study that employs a quasi-experimental method. This study was conducted as a pre-test and post-test on an available and voluntary sample of 150 sports sciences students of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Data were collected using Zaichkowski’s Standardized Purchase Intention Questionnaire (1985) by SPSS version 23. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were investigated. The results showed that celebrity athlete endorsement had a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase sports and non-sports goods. However, celebrity athlete endorsement has increased the intention to purchase sports goods significantly more than the intention to purchase non- sports goods. Thus, the use of celebrity athletes in advertising can exert a significant and beneficial influence on the behavior and intention of consumers to purchase sporting and non-sports goods. A celebrity endorser is advised to have the necessary expertise and knowledge about the prodeucts that he/she wants to advertise. امروزه شناخت عواملی که بر رفتار خرید مصرف‌کنندگان تأثیر می‌گذارد در کانون توجه شرکت‌ها قرار گرفته است. از این‌رو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر تبلیغات از طریق شخصیت‌های مشهور ورزشی در ایجاد تمایل به خرید کالاهای ورزشی و غیر ورزشی به انجام رسید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ روش شبه تجربی است. روش انجام این تحقیق به صورت پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون، در یک نمونه در دسترس و داوطلب 150 نفره از دانشجویان رشته علوم ورزشی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ی استاندارد تمایل به خرید محصول زیچکوسکی (1985) جمع‌آوری شد و از طریق نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 23 و روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی بررسی شد. بررسی‌ها نشان داد که صحه‌گذاری شخصیت مشهور ورزشی در ایجاد تمایل به خرید کالای ورزشی و کالای غیر ورزشی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت، اما صحه‌گذاری شخصیت مشهور ورزشی تمایل به خرید کالای ورزشی را به طور معناداری بیشتر از تمایل به خرید کالای غیر ورزشی افزایش داده است. بنابراین استفاده از شخصیت‌های مشهور ورزشی در تبلیغات می‌تواند بر رفتار و تمایل به خرید مشتریان کالاهای ورزشی و غیر ورزشی تأثیر قابل‌توجه و مطلوبی داشته باشد و بهتر است که صحه‌گذار مشهور در زمینه‌ی محصول مورد نظر تخصص و دانش لازم را داشته باشد.

Journal Article 2020 02 29 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Instagram advertising indices on the immediate and hidden behavioral response of sporting consumers. The statistical population of this study consists of consumers of sporting goods in Tehran Monirieh market who areusing Instagram. 341 questionnaires were used. Data analysis was performed using Smart-PLS software. The results showed that tendency index with 0.32 had the most effect on immediate behavioral responses and knowledge with 0.24, awareness with 0.216 and persuasion with 0.156 had the most effect on behavioral responses, while persuading with 0.284 had the most effect on hidden behavioral responses and awareness with 0.268, tendency with 0.244 and knowledge with 0.22 had effect on hidden behavioral responses, respectively. Expressing the benefits, added value, potential benefits of purchasing a product on Instagram and displaying product consumption by celebrities, such as heroes and artists, promotes sports marketing on Instagram, enhancing consumer interest and persuading consumers to shop and creativity in advertising can affect this relationship. Interacting and engaging through social media greatly facilitates the process of creating a stable intimate relationships between the company, its products and customers and it causes immediate and hidden positive behaviors such as transferring information and posts, interacting, and ultimately it leads to consumer purchasing behavior هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر شاخص‌های تبلیغات اینستاگرامی در پاسخ رفتاری آنی و پنهان مصرف‌کنندگان محصولات ورزشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از مصرف‌کنندگان محصولات ورزشی در بازار منیریه تهران می‌باشند که از اینستاگرام استفاده می‌کنند. برای انتخاب نمونه از نمونه‌گیری دردسترس استفاده و تعداد 341پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اسمارت‌ پی‌ال‌اس انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که شاخص تمایل با 0/32بیشترین اثرگذاری را روی پاسخ‌های رفتاری آنی داشت و به ترتیب دانش با 0/24، آگاهی 0/216و مجاب کردن 0/156 بر پاسخ‌های رفتاری اثرگذار بودند این در حالی بود که مجاب کردن با 0/284 بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر روی پاسخ های رفتاری پنهان داشت و به ترتیب آگاهی با 0/268، تمایل با 0/244و دانش با 0/22 بر روی پاسخ‌های رفتاری پنهان اثرگذار بودند. بیان مزیت‌ها، ارزش افزوده، منافع بالقوه خرید محصول در تبلیغات اینستاگرامی و نمایش مصرف کالا بوسیله افراد مشهور مانند قهرمانان و هنرمندان در تبلیغ کالاهای ورزشی در اینستاگرام، در افزایش تمایل و مجاب کردن مصرف‌کننده به خرید مؤثر بوده و وجود خلاقیت در تبلیغات می‌تواند بر اثرگذاری این رابطه مؤثر باشد. ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ و درﮔﯿﺮی از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ رﺳﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎی اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ زﯾﺎدی روﻧﺪ اﯾﺠﺎد رواﺑﻂ ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار را ﺑﯿﻦ شرکت و محصولات آن و ﻣﺸﺘﺮﯾﺎن ﺧﻮد ﺗﺴﻬﯿل کرده و باعث بروز رفتارهای آنی و پنهان مثبت مانند انتقال اطلاعات و پست‌های مورد نظر و تعامل و در نهایت خرید مصرف‌کننده می‌شود.

Journal Article 2018 12 07 The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of modern knowledge management processes in the strategy of sustainable competitive advantage among sports media staffs in Isfahan province. To investigate this, a major hypothesis and six partial hypotheses have been developed. The main hypothesis deals with the role of modern knowledge management processes in sustaining competitive advantage; and partial assumptions about the role of the dimensions of modern knowledge management processes (knowledge identification - the goals of cognitive science-knowledge production- Knowledge storage - Knowledge sharing - Knowledge use) in a sustainable competitive advantage. All assumptions were confirmed and their rates for the main hypothesis and sub-hypotheses are 0.34 and 0.38, 0.41, 0.41, 0.38, 0.33, 0.40 respectively. The present study is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of data collection. The statistical population of this research is the sports media staff in Isfahan province with a population of 580 people. The sampling method is simple random. The sample size is 231 according to Morgan's table. By increasing one unit in knowledge management processes, the sustained competitive advantage will increase 0.34 units. If the organization needs to be knowledgeable and appropriate to the needs of the community and industry, identify the knowledge needed and target it, and adapt to that appropriate strategy and produce the required knowledge, then this knowledge will be stored in the enterprise memory and be exposed to those who need that knowledge and practice, and this can be the leading media organization that has a competitive edge in offering competition with other media organizations in the country. Each organization, according to its location in the local sector, should focus on other areas of science on its indigenous and regional knowledge. Knowledge and effective use of it and quick acquisition and use of new knowledge are the only sources of sustainable competitive advantage. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش فرایندهای مدیریت دانش نوین در راهبرد مزیت رقابتی پایدار در بین کارکنان رسانه‌های ورزشی در استان اصفهان است. برای بررسی این مهم یک فرضیه اصلی و شش فرضیه جزئی شکل‌گرفته است که فرضیه اصلی به بررسی نقش فرایندهای مدیریت دانش نوین در مزیت رقابتی پایدار می‌پردازد؛ و فرضیات جزئی به نقش ابعاد فرایندهای مدیریت دانش نوین (شناسایی دانش- اهداف دانش شناختی- تولید دانش- ذخیره‌سازی دانش- اشتراک دانش- کاربرد دانش) در مزیت رقابتی پایدار می‌پردازد. تمامی فرضیات تائید شدند و میزان آن‌ها برای فرضیه اصلی و فرضیات فرعی به ترتیب برابر با 0.34 و 0.38، 0.41، 0.41، 0.38، 0.33، 0.40 است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی و برحسب نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کارکنان رسانه‌های ورزشی در استان اصفهان که حجم جامعه 580 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان برابر با 231 نفر است. با افزایش یک واحدی در فرایندهای مدیریت دانش، مزیت رقابتی پایدار به میزان 0.34 واحد افزایش می‌یابد. اگر در سازمان نیاز به دانش احساس شود و متناسب با نیازهای جامعه و صنعت، دانش مورد نیاز شناسایی شود و در این زمینه هدفگیری شود و متناسب با آن استراتژی مناسب اتخاذ شود و دانش موردنیازتولید شود، سپس این دانش در حافظه سازمانی ذخیره شود و در معرض نیازمندان به آن دانش قرار گیرد و در نظر و عمل به کار بسته شود، اینگونه میتوان سازمان رسانه ای پیشرو داشت که در عرضه رقابت با سایر سازمان رسان های کشور دارای مزیت رقابتی باشد. هر سازمان متناسب با قرارگیریخود در بخش بومی باید بر روی سایر قسمتهای علمی،بر روی دانش بومی و منطقه ای خود تمرکز داشته باشد. دانش و استفاده مؤثر از آن و کسب سریع و استفاده از دانش جدید، تنها منبع منافع رقابتی پایدار است.

Descriptive correlational method was used. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the fans of Persepolis Football Club. To cllect data, 315 questionnaires were collected online at www.porsline.ir and after excluding altered and incomplete questionnaires, 310 acceptable questionnaires were analyzed. Furthermore, a modified Seo and Park questionnaire (2018) was used that includes 23 questions that it’s face and content validities were assessed using the opinion of several professors, its convergent and divergent validity were assessed using confirmatory factor analysis and its internal validity was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling were used. The results indicated a significant and positive prediction of social media marketing about brand awareness changes and brand image changes, 0.5% and 1.2%, respectively. Moreover, the study found that brand awareness has a positive effect on verbal advertising and brand commitment. The brand image was also found as having significant effect on verbal advertising and brand commitment. Therefore, the ability of social media space, applied with a well- designed scientific framework, will be highly effective and football clubs can use this space and also their fans to provide services and products that can make a proper income for the club. هدف از تحقیق حاضربررسی اثر بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی روی ارزش ویژه برند و پاسخ هواداران فوتبال تیم پرسپولیس است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی بوده وجامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه هواداران باشگاه فرهنگی ورزشی تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس بودند. در این پژوهش351پرسشنامه به صورت آنلاین در سایت پرس لاین جمع آوری و پس از کنار گذاشتن پرسشنامه های مخدوش شده و ناقص350پرسشنامه قابل قبول مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه تعدیل یافته سئو و پارک ( 2018) با23 سؤال که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظرچند تن از اساتید وروایی همگرا و واگرا آن با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی گردید؛ همچنین همسانی درونی پرسشنامه با آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و مدل معادله ساختاری برای بررسی برازش مدل تحقیق استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی 0/52 از تغییرات آگاهی برند و 0/54 از تغییرات تصویر برند را به صورت مثبت و معناداری پیش بینی کرد. از یافته های دیگر این پژوهش این که آگاهی از برند اثر مثبتی بر تبلیغات شفاهی، تعهد برند دارد. همچنین تصویر برند بر تبلیغات شفاهی وتعهد برند ضریب اثر مناسبی دارد؛ بنابراین توانایی بالای فضای رسانه های اجتماعی در این مسیر به طوری که با چارچوب علمی مناسب طراحی شود بسیار مؤثر خواهد بود و باشگاههای فوتبال میتوانند از طریق این فضا و استفاده از هواداران خود به ارائه خدمات و محصولاتی که بتواند برای باشگاه درآمدزایی مناسبی داشته باشد، بپردازند.

The aim of this study was to compare the sports coverage on the websites of the education Ministry in different provinces with an emphasis on sports related news and how much the news is informative in 2014. The research method was descriptive in terms of strategy and applied in terms of purpose. The population was all the websites of education ministry administrations in all provinces equal to 31 websites due to 31 provinces and total population sampling was used. The measurement tool was coding sheets that it’s face validity was confirmed by 5 sports and communication management specialists and its reliability coefficient was obtained 0.8 based on Scott's formula. Pearson Chi-square test was used for research hypotheses. Results showed that the content of the websites of the provinces have significant differences in terms of sports fields (Futsal 7.4%, Volleyball 7.2%, Track and Field 5.3%) educational grades (Primary Schools 16.6%, Secondary schools 7.4% and high schools 10.5%) level of events (regional 44.7%, Provincial 31.3%,...). Therefore, according to the research findings, it is suggested to sports officials in education ministry that in addition to popular sports fields (Football, Futsal, and Volleyball), pay attention to other sports fields as well. با ظهور اینترنت وشبکه های پیوسته ی کامپیوتری در دنیای امروز، وب سایت سازمان، اولین نقطه ی برخورد وارتباط میان کاربران با سازمان وخدمات است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه وضعیت پوشش ورزش در وب سایت های آموزش وپرورش استان ها با تأکید بر رشته های ورزشی وارتباط خبر با مقطع تحصیلی در سال 1393بود. روش تحقیق ازنوع استراتژی توصیفی، که به صورت تحلیل محتوا وبا هدف کاربردی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، وب سایت های ادارات کل آموزش وپرورش استان های کشور به تعداد 31 وب سایت، که برای نمونه گیری از روش کل شمار استفاده شد. ابزار اندازه گیری برگه های کدگذاری بود که روایی صوری آن 5 را نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزش وارتباطات تأیید کردند وضریب پایایی آن براساس فرمول اسکات0/8 به دست آمد. برای فرضیه های تحقیق از آزمون خی دو پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین محتوای وب سایت های آموزش وپرورش استان ها از نظر رشته های ورزشی(فوتسال 7/4 %، والیبال 7/2 %، دو ومیدانی 5/3 %) مقطع تحصیلی خاص (ابتدایی16/6 %، متوسطه اول 7/4 %، متوسطه دوم 10/5 %) سطح رویداد(منطقه ای44/7، استانی 31/3 و......) تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده گردید. لذا با توجه به یافته های تحقیق به متولیان ورزش در آموزش وپرورش پیشنهاد می شود علاوه بر رشته های پرطرفدار(فوتبال، فوتسال، والیبال) به دیگر رشته ها نیز همانند رشته های پرطرفدار پرداخته شود.
