In terms of data collecting, the research method is descriptive correlational and in terms of purpose the research is practical. The research statistical community includes 100 sport broadcasting program makers and presenters and the research method is population sampling. Data have been obtained through two questionnaires and the accuracy and the stability have been reconfirmed by a group of experts and through cronbach’s alpha factor in the questionnaires of listening skills (0.80), and personal characteristics (0.80). According to the results obtained. There was a significant relationship between the listening skills of the sport broadcasting staff and their personal characteristics. There was no significant difference between the personal characteristics of the sport broadcasting program makers and presenters and their listening and negotiation skills.
