Therefore, the purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review of the studies on sport talent from 2001 to 2006. The research adopted a descriptive strategy, conducted a content analysis and carried out documentary research for data collection. The statistical population of the research (N=29) comes from the pertinent thesis and article published in the field of sport talent from 2001 to 2017. The study sample consisted of all the statistical population through complete enumeration. The instrument used in the study consisted of a coded sheet with a 90% measured inter-coder reliability coefficient according to the Scott Pi’s statistics. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Scott), SPSS and Excel software were used to analyze the data at the significance level of P≥0.005. Based on the obtained results, there seems to be no balance in the scientific coverage of sport talent identification between different sport disciplines, components, methodologies and tools; with some having attracted more attention and some which have been neglected. Therefore, attention to this issue from faculty members and academics could have an important impact, as they can play a role in guiding researchers toward the components and sports as well as the research methods that have received less attention in the literature. یکی از مهم‌ترین بخش‌ها و اولویت‌ها در ورزش سطح بالا، داشتن سیستمی یکپارچه و سازمان‌یافته برای استعدادیابی و پرورش استعدادها است؛ از این رو،  هدف  از پژوهش حاضر مرور نظام‌مند مطالعات انجام شده در حیطه استعدادیابی ورزشی در بازه زمانی 2016-2002 بوده است. روش تحقیق بر مبنای راهبرد، توصیفی، از نظر مسیر اجرا، تحلیل محتوا و از نظر جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، اسنادی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق (29=<strong>N</strong>)  پایان‌نامه و مقاله چاپ شده در حوزه استعدادیابی ورزشی از سال 2002 تا 2016 بوده است. نمونه تحقیق به صورت تمام‌شمار و برابر با جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار مورد استفاده در تحقیق شامل یک برگه کدگذاری شده بود که ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران آن به وسیله فرمول پی اسکات 90% به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون اسکات) و همچنین، نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس و اکسل در سطح معناداری <strong>0</strong>/005≤ <strong>P</strong> استفاده شد. با توجه به نتایج کسب شده، به نظر می‌رسد در مورد پوشش موضوعی تحقیقات انجام شده در حیطه استعدادیابی ورزشی، در زمینه توجه به مؤلفه‌ها و رشته‌های ورزشی مختلف و همچنین روش‌شناسی و ابزار، تعادل وجود ندارد و برخی از موارد بیشتر مورد توجه هستند و برخی دیگر از دید محققان به دور مانده‌اند.  از این رو، توجه و دقت اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌ها در این زمینه نقش بسزایی دارد؛ به‌طوری که می‌توانند با هدایت و راهنمایی محققان به سوی مؤلفه‌ها و ورزش‌ها و همچنین روش‌های تحقیق که در تحقیقات کمتر بدان توجه می‌شود، نقش مهمی در این بخش ایفا نمایند. https://sportmedia.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_6461_cf039897c705b2b5a4c70b6055d700f1.pdf
