The present study was conducted with the aim of sociological analysis of the behavior of Iranian fans in the face of sports legends, especially during the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo in Iran. The qualitative research method was conducted based on the theory of foundation data and content analysis strategy. 10 university professors and specialists were purposefully selected for interviews and participated in an in-depth semi-structured interview. After confirming the validity of the interviews by two experts in sports sociology and also confirming the reliability of the interviews by the method of intra-subject agreement (0.83), the information obtained from the interviews was coded using MAXQDA version 10 software. From the total categories obtained, 8 main categories (characteristics of the legend, media, political, cultural, social, managerial, psychological, economic) and 41 sub-categories were obtained. Factors such as weakness in the education system, lack of attention to Iran's rich Islamic history in the field of education, media weakness in the field of advertising and education, economic problems and shortcomings, social problems and perhaps political orientations are among the factors that influence the inappropriate behavior of fans. Also, the improper performance in the management of this event, which was caused by the weakness in the implementation of scientific management, the lack of attention to the concepts of performance management, along with the lack of meritocracy in the field of sports management in the country, was recognized as another factor affecting the inappropriate holding of this sports event.

This research aimed to identify factors and present a conceptual framework for the application of digital innovation to enhance the use and scope of sport tourism destinations in the country. The research method was qualitative with a thematic approach (Clarke & Braun, 2006). Research participants included academic experts (professors and university researchers in sports management) and executive experts (managers, consultants, and experts in sport tourism organizations and businesses) related to the research topic. The sample size was selected as 18 people based on reaching theoretical saturation. Sampling was also done using the theoretical (judgmental) method and based on the expertise, experience, and responsibility of the experts. . A four-stage conceptual coding method with a thematic analysis approach was used to analyze the findings. The extracted themes included 5 general themes, 11 main themes, 29 sub-themes, and 135 axial codes, based on which the thematic network was drawn. Therefore, it is suggested that the presented framework be used for analysis and planning in the transformation of the sport tourism industry.

One of the important variables in organizations is the professional ethics of employees. Promoting professional ethics within organizations particularly through the lens of one of today’s most significant developments, social media not only fosters a vibrant and supportive environment that enhances productivity but also plays a crucial role in achieving organizational health, a key indicator of organizational excellence. This study employed a descriptive-correlational research method and was applied in terms of objective. The statistical population comprised 320 managers and employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth in Kermanshah Province. Using a random sampling method based on Cochran's formula, 175 individuals were selected as the sample. The research utilized three questionnaires focusing on professional ethics, organizational health, and social media. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS statistical software, employing structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings revealed a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics and organizational health, with social media serving as a mediating factor among managers and employees in the sports and youth departments of Kermanshah Province. Specifically, the results indicated that professional ethics influenced social media with a coefficient of 0.76, while professional ethics affected organizational health with a coefficient of 0.34, and social media impacted organizational health with a coefficient of 0.41. Overall, professional ethics had the highest impact on social media (path coefficient of 0.76) and the least impact on organizational health (path coefficient of 0.34). As a new infrastructural element, social media has provided a fresh perspective for sports organizations. Today, the integration of these technologies in planning, decision-making, guidance, and control is crucial for achieving organizational health, with the professional ethics of managers and employees playing a distinctive role in reaching these goals.

The aim of this research is to design a strategic decision-making model based on information and communication technology in the physical education department of the Ministry of Education. This research has a qualitative approach and uses content analysis and Glaserian approach as the research method. Data collection method includes studying theoretical foundations and conducting in-depth interviews with 15 senior managers of the Ministry of Education and faculty members in the field of sports management with a focus on planning, as well as individuals with executive experience in strategic planning of sports organizations. The validity and reliability of the obtained codes have been confirmed. For data analysis, the continuous comparative method was used in three stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, utilizing MAXQDA 11 software. Data analysis indicated that 22 concepts and 4 categories (axial codes) are influential components in strategic decision-making based on information and communication technology in the physical education department of the Ministry of Education, including individual, facilities and infrastructure, and organizational factors.

The current study was designed and conducted to develop a communication model of mass media aimed at enhancing the moral literacy of professional Iranian football players. For practical purposes, the study employed a descriptive-survey research design with a mixed method approach to data collection. The qualitative segment of the research focused on experts and professors in sports management with relevant experience and knowledge, while the quantitative segment targeted all male football players in the premier leagues and the Azadegan League. The total population comprised 612 adult players from 16 professional league teams and 18 Azadegan League teams. Research tools included semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire consisting of 21 items with 2 main component variables in Likert scale format. Data analysis involved open, axial, and selective coding for the qualitative segment, and structural equation modeling for the quantitative segment. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 24 and Smart PLS version 2 software. The findings revealed that various forms of mass media influence the moral literacy of professional athletes. Based on the study results, it is recommended that mass media platforms incorporate the teaching of moral values and literacy directly and indirectly in their programs, especially for prominent professional football players and other members of society.
