The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of media in the development of moral legitimacy in Iran's sports legal system. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of this research includes experts familiar with the media, moral legitimacy and the legal system of Iranian sports, which includes university professors (at least two researches in the field of research variables), Iranian sports lawyers (having experience in legal cases in Iranian sports) and Some managers of Iranian sports media (radio, television, newspapers and sports magazines) with more than 5 years of experience were selected by purposeful sampling (15 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the experts' interviews showed that there are four roles of awareness-raising, motivational, needs assessment and training among the roles of the media in order to develop moral legitimacy in Iran's sports legal system. Also, the themes of awareness and education can have an impact on needs assessment and motivation.

The purpose of this research was to provide a model for the development of professional competencies of sports journalists.The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the foundational data method (Strauss and Corbin's systematic model), which was conducted in the field in terms of the fundamental purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research includes researchers and university professors in the fields of sports management and sports media (at least two researches in the field of the research topic), selected managers of sports media (with management experience of more than 5 years and master's and doctoral studies) and Also, there are top national journalists in sports media (with more than 10 years of journalistic experience) who were selected by purposeful sampling method (19 people). The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding in data analysis and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigm model was approved by the opinion of experts.The validity and reliability of the interviews were confirmed.The pattern of development of professional competencies of sports journalists, affected by causal conditions (personal characteristics and specialized factors) and taking into account extractive strategies (educational, communication and motivational) which are affected by background conditions (infrastructures and laws and regulations) and Intervening conditions (economic, political and managerial factors) can lead .

The present study was designed & conducted to Transforming diplomatic resources into the results of football diplomacy with an emphasis on the mediating role of media coverage. The research method was survey. The statistical population of the present study included all those aware of the subject. Abdi et al.'s (2018) questionnaire was used to collect information. In order to analyze the data of the present study, the structural equation method was used. The whole process of analysis was performed in SPSS & PLS software. The results showed that sporting events (impact = 0.331; t = 2.236), human capital (impact = 0.244; t = 3.315) & sports products & services (impact = 0.404; 2 = t) has a significant effect on media coverage. The results showed that media coverage on overall results (impact = 0.883; t = 27.37), specific results (impact = 0.839; t = 24.237) & national results (impact = 0.859; 652 / 29 = t) is effective in the field of football diplomacy. With this in mind, it can be stated that the use of media coverage can have a significant impact on the success of football diplomacy.
