نقش وبکوال در رضایتمندی کاربران و تمایل به خرید مجدد بلیت اینترنتی مسابقات فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران
با توجّه به اهمیت وبسایت ها به عنوان یک رسانة مدرن در فرایند فروش بلیت رویدادهای ورزشی، هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش وبکوال در رضایتمندی کاربران و تمایل به خرید مجدّد بلیت اینترنتی مسابقات فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران بوده است. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعة توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع کاربردی بوده است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل هواداران استقلال و پرسپولیس تهران در شهرآورد هشتاد و هشتم بوده که 428 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونة آماری پژوهش به طور تصادفی در ورزشگاه آزادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه بوده است که پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن نیز با استفاده از روایی محتوا، روایی صوری و روایی سازه تأیید گردید. از مدلسازی معادله ساختاری با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (پی ال اس) جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که "وبکوال" دارای تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر "رضایتمندی کاربران" و "تمایل به خرید مجدد" بلیت مسابقات فوتبال لیگ برتر بوده، و "رضایتمندی کاربران" نیز بر "تمایل به خرید مجدد" بلیت الکترونیکی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته است. یافته های این پژوهش می تواند به عنوان زمینه ای مؤثر در راستای توسعة راهبردها و عملکرد باشگاه های ورزشی در فرایند فروش بلیت الکترونیک مورد توجّه قرار گیرد.

تصویرسازی برند با تأکید بر عوامل هدایتی افراد مشهور ورزشی در تبلیغات رسانهای
هدف این پژوهش تصویرسازی برند با تأکید بر عوامل هدایتی افراد مشهور ورزشی در تبلیغات رسانه ای است. روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران معادل 385 نفر برآورد شد. برای جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامهها مورد تائید قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل بهوسیله آزمون تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتهاند. یافتهها نشان داد اثری که تعداد افراد مشهور بر تصویرسازی برند دارد برابر است با 12/0، اثر تناسب افراد مشهور بر تصویرسازی برند برابر با 27/0 و همچنین فعالیت افراد مشهور بر تصویرسازی برند برابر با 28/0 است. بنابراین نتیجه میگیریم صرف به کارگیری افراد مشهور ورزشی در تبلیغات متضمن افزایش میزان فروش و دستیابی به هدف نیست؛ بلکه افراد مشهور ورزشی زمانی که مشتریان در انتخاب یک محصول در جستجوی برقراری نوعی روابط تقلیدی و یکسانسازی با شخصیتهای برجسته و خاص هستند، قابلیت پذیرش و تأثیرگذاری بیشتری دارند. این افراد به سبب شهرت، افتخارات و دیگر دستاوردها به عنوان گروه مرجع شناخته شده و با در اختیار گذاشتن تصویر، اعتبار و شهرت خود به یک شرکت تجاری، موجبات افزایش آگاهی مخاطبان را فراهم آورده و باغث ترغیب آنان به خرید محصولات شده که در نهایت موفقیت شرکت تجاری را به دنبال خواهد داشت.

بررسی عصبی - روانشناختی صحه گذاری ورزشکاران مشهور در تصمیم به خرید محصولات ورزشی و غیرورزشی
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی صحه گذاری ورزشکاران مشهور در تصمیم به خرید محصولات ورزشی و غیرورزشی بود. تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق افراد محدوده سنی 30 تا 40 سال بودند که تعداد 30 نفر داوطلب (15 مرد و 15 زن) به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب گردیدند. به منظور تهیه ابزار تحقیق تصاویر متناسب با دو استراتژی تناسب بین محصول و صحهگذار و عدم تناسب بین محصول و صحه گذار تهیه و روایی تصاویر توسط 10 نفر از متخصصان بازاریابی ورزشی تأیید شد. از دستگاه الکتروآنسفالوگرافی Enobio، 20 کاناله ساخت کشور اسپانیا برای ثبت امواج، پرسشنامه برای سنجش تصمیم به خرید و شکل های خودارزیابی SAM برای سنجش انگیختگی استفاده شد. با نگرش به نقش لوب فرونتال در توجه، موج آلفا و بتا در این ناحیه از مغز توسط کانالهای F3، F4 و FZ بررسی شد. به منظور استخراج امواج از دادههای الکتروآنسفالوگرافی کمی از نرمافزار Matlab 2013 b، با نوشتن کدهای مورد نیاز و جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادها با روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون فریدمن و رگرسیون لجستیک، از نرمافزار اس پی اس اس22 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان تغییرات توان امواج آلفا و بتا در استراتژی تناسب بین محصول و صحه گذار بیشتر از استراتژی عدم تناسب بین محصول و صحه گذار است و استراتژی تناسب بین محصول و صحه گذار این ناحیه از مغز را بیشتر از استراتژی عدم تناسب بین محصول و صحه گذار درگیر می نماید. لذا بازاریابان و محققین می توانند با رعایت این نکته در استراتژیهای ترویجی خود زمینه اثربخشی بیشتر فعالیت های ترویجی خود را فراهم آورند.

قضاوت، فوتبال و رسانه: گفتمانکاوی انتقادی برنامه تلویزیونی نود (90)
این مقاله با هدف گفتمانکاوی مفهوم قضاوت در برنامه نود و درک چگونگی این برنامه در برساخت معنای قضاوت (داوری) مطلوب در فوتبال صورت گرفت. در این مقاله نویسندگان در تلاشند تا با استفاده از روش تحلیل انتقادی گفتمان و تلفیق رویکردهای لاکلا و موفه با فرکلاف و وندایک و نمونهگیری هدفمند به تحلیل دو برنامه با موضوع قضاوت در تاریخ 18 آبان 1394 و 11 اسفند 1392 دست زده تا ضمن شناخت نظام گفتمانی این برنامه، دالهای اصلی و وقتههای آن مشخص گردد. نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در این برنامه، دال اصلی گفتمان مدنظر عادل فردوسیپور مدیریت است که تعامل و قانونگذاری صحیح وقتههای آن را تشکیل میدهند. همچنین دال مدیریت و سیاستگذاری ایجابی، دال مطلوبیت عملکرد و دال مطلوبیت قضاوت، دالهای اصلی فاعلان این برنامه بوده که با استفاده از دالهای شناور وقتههای آموزش، مدیریتی، فناوریمحور و نظمگرایی، آیندهنگری، اجتماع محوری، مردممحوری، صداقت، خبرهگرایی و دال آمادگی جسمانی در یک زنجیره همارزی، گفتمان قضاوت و نظام گفتمانی برنامه را شکل میدهند. در واقع برپایه یافتههای تحقیق، مطلوبیت قضاوت تا حدی مرهون نوع سیاستگذاری، نحوه عملکرد مدیران ورزشی و سازمانی کشور، آموزش حرفهای داوران، توجه به ابعاد فنی و حرفهای قضاوت از جمله فناوریمحوری، نظمگرایی، امادگی جسمانی و همچنین قانونگذاری صحیح نهادهای تصمیمگیر در حوزه ورزش است.

ارائه الگوی پارادایمی عملکرد بهینه رسانه های ورزشی با رویکرد توسعه فوتبال حرفه ای
هدف پژوهش حاضر، الگوی عملکرد بهینه رسانههای ورزشی با رویکرد توسعه فوتبال حرفهای بود. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی بود که با بهکارگیری نظریة دادهبنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش خبرگان آگاه به حوزه تحقیق بودند که نمونهگیری از آنها به صورت هدفمند و با روش گلوله برفی انجام پذیرفت. در این تحقیق، دادهها بعد از انجام 12 مصاحبه به مرحله اشباع نظری رسیدند، با این حال جهت اطمینان 15 مصاحبه انجام گردید. دادهها طی سه مرحلة کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. در سه مرحلة کدگذاری، مقولههای اصلی و فرعی شناسایی و به یکدیگر مرتبط شدند که عبارت بودند از شرایطعلّی (اطلاع رسانی، تقویت اخلاق عمومی، انعکاس و تحلیل مشکلات، برجسته سازی، آگاهی رسانی، آموزش، و توسعه مالی)؛ شرایط زمینهای (مستندسازی، الگوسازی، مدیریت دانش، تأمین منابع انسانی و تولید برنامه)؛ شرایط مداخله گر (هم اندیشی، گفتمان سازی، نظارت محیطی، نوگرایی، نهادینه سازی و شخصیت پردازی)؛ راهبردها (نیازسنجی، مأموریت گرایی هدفمند و ارتباطات)؛ و پیامدها (جامعه پذیری، همگانی، فراگیر شدن، و پویایی توسعه). در نهایت نیز پارادایم کدگذاری تشریح و مدل نهایی شکل گرفت.

اثر بازاریابی رسانههای اجتماعی بر پاسخ مصرف کننده محصولات ورزشی با میانجیگری ارزش ویژه برند
امروزه اهمیت بهکارگیری رسانههای اجتماعی و بازاریابی شکل گرفته در بستر آن بیش از پیش برای سازمانها افزایش یافته است؛ به طوریکه سازمانهای تولیدکننده محصولات ورزشی نیز از آن مستثنی نیستند. با این وجود خلا بررسی نقش ارزش ویژه برند در زمینه بازاریابی محصولات ورزشی از طریق رسانه های اجتماعی به وضوح دیده میشود و همچنین ضرورت پژوهش در این زمینه است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر بازاریابی رسانه های اجتماعی بر پاسخ مصرفکننده کالاهای ورزشی با میانجیگری ارزش ویژه برند است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه خوارزمی است که از تلگرام استفاده می کنند. برای انتخاب نمونه از نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده و برای محاسبه نمونه، با توجه به جامعه آماری که 400 نفر تخمین زده شد؛ طبق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 195 نفر تعیین گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسازی معادله ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرمافزار Smart PLS انجام گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد که تلاشهای بازاریابی رسانههای اجتماعی بر ارزش ویژه برند و پاسخ مصرفکننده اثرگذار است و همچنین ارزش ویژه برند بر پاسخ مصرفکننده تأثیر گذاشته و ارزش ویژه برند نیز اثر تلاشهای بازاریابی رسانههای اجتماعی بر پاسخ مصرفکننده را تعدیل میکند.

کارکرد رسانههای اجتماعی در طرفداری ورزشی: کاوشی در دیدگاههای طرفداران بعد از الکلاسیکو
امروزه با توسعه رسانههای اجتماعی، گرایش طرفداران به بیان عقاید و نظرات خود بیشتر از پیش میشود. از سویی، با ظهور رسانههای اجتماعی طی دهه گذشته سرعت و محدوده ارتباطات و تعامل بین افراد و سازمانها در سراسر دنیا تغییر کرده است. ازاینرو هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی مصرف رسانهای و رفتار آنلاین طرفداران ورزشی بعد از بازی الکلاسیکو با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا بود. در این پژوهش یکی از پستهای صفحه رسمی لالیگا در فیسبوک بعد از بازی (بارسلونا-رئال مادرید موسوم به الکلاسیکو فصل 18-2017) بهصورت هدفمند جهت بررسی دیدگاههای کاربران مورد انتخاب قرار گرفت. ویژگیهای فیسبوک در سه دسته کلی؛ بارگذاری محتوا، مرور محتوا توسط دیگر کاربران و واکنشهای کاربران نسبت به محتوا طبقهبندی شد. پس از کدگذاری، 10 طبقه شامل «اشاره به بازی، اشاره به فرد، اشاره به تیم، کلام تهاجمی، شوخی با انتقاد، سرزنش کردن، اشاره به طرفدار، استفاده از ضمایر ما و آنها، هیجان فوتبالی و تعامل» به دست آمد. در نهایت یافته های پژوهش نشان داد، تقریباً 57 درصد از مصرف رسانهای در رسانههای اجتماعی ورزشی به اشتراکگذاری منتهی میشود. مسئله هویت سازی با تقریباً 30 درصد کدها دومین کارکرد رسانههای اجتماعی در ورزش میتواند باشد. درعینحال گفتگوها با 2.6 درصد فراوانی کمترین میزان کارکرد را در این پژوهش داشتهاند. باید توجه داشت که در حوزه ورزش علت شکلگیری رفتار به اشکال مختلف مانند اشاره به بازی، اشاره به فرد و حتی کلام تهاجمی در اثر علاقهای است که طرفدار به باشگاه، تیم و شهر خود دارد.

تحلیل محتوای پوشش رسانهای فساد در فوتبال ایران: مطالعه موردی برنامه تلویزیونی 90
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی پوشش رسانهای فساد در فوتبال و تحلیل محتوای آن بود. روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر استراتژی کیفی بود که به صورت تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. بر این اساس برنامه تلویزیونی 90 در فصل 98-1397 به عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب شد. محتوای آیتمهای این برنامه، طی 10 ماه شامل612 آیتم در طول 36 برنامه بود. برای استخراج دادههای پژوهش، ابتدا آیتمهای مرتبط با فساد و موارد غیراخلاقی در ورزش شناسایی شدند و محتوای آنها برای مرتبط بودن با موضوع پژوهش مورد ارزیابی اولیه قرار گرفت. سپس محتوای 40 آیتم تأیید شده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و کدهای اولیه استخراج و در قالب هفت مقولۀ رفتار غیراخلاقی هواداران، ترویج خرافات، فساد در مدیریت، دلالی، شرطبندی، تبانی و فساد مالی ناشی از حضور افراد غیرورزشی دستهبندی شدند. به طور کلی، رسانهها و اصحاب رسانه یکی از ابزارهای کنترلی قوی در بحث کنترل فساد در حوزههای مختلف اجتماعی و به ویژه ورزش محسوب میشود. با توجه به پرمخاطب بودن رادیو و تلویزیون نسبت به رسانههای چاپی و گاهاً برخط، صدا و سیما با ساخت و تهیه برنامههای انتقادی و تحلیلی بیشتر میتواند گامهای مؤثری در پیشگیری از فساد و تخلف در ورزش و به ویژه رشتۀ پرطرفدار و درآمدزای فوتبال داشته باشد.
